What a bunch of ****mers!!! I rented a place managed by them in Randburg for three years- worst mistake ever. They literally took my entire deposit money even after I cleaned and made sure to fix the place before moving out. The bathroom of the place I was renting has no ventilation, there's literally no air coming into the bathroom, that's an architectural problem in the complex and yet I'm being made to pay over R3000 for them to fix the mould- mould that is a result of bad architecture. The inspection that happened when I moved in vs when I moved out are completely different. These people are horrible at communicating, emails are ignored and yet they're quick to take people's monies. They charging over R1000 to inspect a one bedroom apartment???

I'm soo disappointed with Absa, they really don't care about their clients. They're there when things are good but when the client is going through a difficult time, they just don't care. I've been banking with Absa for over 10 years. Every other week I've been receiving an offer from them to increase my credit card limit, but I kept declining because I didn't need it. Now that I have an emergency and need a credit card increase, I'm being told that I must wait for an offer to be made available to me. What kind of rule is that?? Why can't I get the increase when I want it? What's even more infuriating is that 95% of my credit card is paid off, I literally only owe them a small amount so I don't understand why I can't get an increase in my time of need. I'm gonna pay off the little I owe then close all my accounts with them.
I wish there was an option for a zero star rating because that's what this company deserves. I have been struggling for months now to get something as simple as my debut order date changed. I recently got my tracking devices fixed which I was told after it was reinstalled that I would incur the cost. I arranged for a debit order for a specific date, Car Track completely ignored the request for that date and decided to debit the money a week before. Tell am why I am now being debited again, a week later for something I paid for already? I paid my November instalment via EFT after a debit order bounced because they had not changed the date as per my request. I sent a POP it was never acknowledged, days later they took money from my account. I sent an email expressing my frustration over this and my concerns were completely ignored. I had to complain on this platform inorder to get the Tracking device fixed. I now find myself back here again because the only time they seem to care is when a complaint is made on a public platform. Infact, they don't care about their clients at all, but rather care more about maintaining a certain reputation online, while completely disregarding their clients. This is the same company that will call you at 7am when a debit order bounces after they failed to change the debit order dates.
What a frustrating company to deal with. What does it take for one to get a proper service from Car Track. The past two weeks I've made multiple calls to Car Track seeking assistance with my car tracking device that doesn't seem to work, but instead every time I call I don't get the help I need. According to the Car Track app my car that I use daily has not been driven for 52 days, the app doesn't even show the right location of my car. I've notified Car Track of the issues and yet nothing is being done. I'm really not getting my money's worth with this company. God forbid should something happen to my car, I'm gonna have an issue with my Insurance company because of this company's incompetence. What a frustrating and disappointing experience!!! DO BETTER CAR TRACK!!!
What a stellar service I received from Outsurance. I was involved in a car accident recently and Outsurance really came through for me. From the moment the crash occured, they organised for my vehicle to get towed. Claiming was quick and easy. I'm really impressed by the turnaround time. I 1000% recommend Outsurance. Thank you Ratish and the rest of the Outsurance team for making what was meant to be a traumatic experience slighty easier for me. Outsurance is definitely worth every cent!!! Kudos to you all...
I filed a complaint over a broken windscreen with Discovery on their app almost a month ago. I was even asked to attach pictures, which I did and was told someone from Discovery would contact me. Three weeks later, I've not received a single call from Discovery, it seems they've just ignored my claim. I pay this insurance company every month, not once have I skipped payment. My premium has gone up by around R400 from the time I took the cover almost three years ago and yet I'm not getting the service I'm paying for.
I bought a mattress and base at the Bed shop in Cresta. When I first went to the store the lady that was assisting me was very nice and everything was delivered on time. A few months later, one foot would just come off while I was cleaning, then another completely broke- I'm not really sure why cause I wasn't really moving the base around except when cleaning and I don't have kids, I stay alone. I went to the shop to find out if the feet could be fixed, the two men I found at the store initially suggested that I used sellotape to attach the feet. I refused cause this base was fairly new, not even a year in and already its breaking. They then promised to come to my place and have it checked out and asked me to breaking the broken feet. I did that. It's been almost a month now and they still have not come to check the base. What is even more infuriating is that they've not communicated anything with me. I took time off from work on the day they promised to come and they were a no show. I called to check and was told they would come the following day cause they had car issues. Almost a month later and I still have not heard from them. I'm not happy with the quality of the base and the service I've received is really upsetting.
I'm really disappointed at the service I've received from the istore Pre-Owned store in Rosebank.I took my phone in for repairs, three weeks later the phone still hasn't been fixed. From the moment I dropped off my phone, they've never bothered to communicate with me and give me an update. I'm the one that has been checking, and all I get is 'sorry for the inconvenience' . Yes, I've been inconvenienced big time. The amount of money charged for these phones and yet they can't even give their customers a proper service. How can they expect someone to function without a phone for three weeks. I'm done with APPLE...I just want my phone back and then I'm done with this company that seems to only care about money...their service really is the worst service ever!!!
Some person I don't know used my details to try make a purchase at MTN. I become aware of this, when I received a text from MTN with an order number. I then went to their Rosebank store to report what seemed to me like identity theft. They told me to call 135 which I did. The agent I spoke to then told me to call 086 123 8888. I called them and explained my situation and was told the purchase would be cancelled. I even sent an email to their fraud line, with a written affirdavit certified by the SAPS informing them of the situation. A day later I receive a call from the delivery company about my delivery from MTN. I went to their store, made two phone calls and sent an email yet they still have not cancelled the purchase that I've told them I know nothing off. It's been really frustrating dealing with MTN, not only could I not get assistance from the store after driving there, I was also charged for the phone call I made to the 086 number. I got cut off while speaking to the agent because I ran out of airtime after being asked to hold for a long time, they didn't even bother to call me back. This is a serious situation and the kind of service I've reserved from MTN is disappointing to say the least.
