Nothing beats their customer service (ABSOLUTE TRASH)
The absolute worst service out there. I honestly don't think there's a service provider out there that can be worse. The agents on the help line have more attitude than they know what to do with. The ISP itself has changed my line THREE times without notifying me and no one can trace it. No refund. No customer service. Honestly flush your money down the drain. Its less aggregation

********** company- RUN THE OTHER WAY
Wish I could provide no star. This has been the absolute worst service ever. Tried canceling my account- they say it was agreed to 3 years. Great. Then after 3 years of trying to cancel, the debit order stopped for a bit and then randomly stopped. Asked them in October to cancel AGAIN, no reply. Asked them again in November to cancel, but they said I must wait another month as there's a cancellation period that must be adhered to. Honestly, flush your money down the toilet before you sign up with them! **********

Would give 0 if I could. Bunch of thieves. There system is down. Their lines are down. Their emails are full and now I must wait who knows how long to get my money?!?!?!

CHASING AWAY users - ridiculous
Would rate them 0 stars if I could. Shocking service with barely any replies from anyone who knows whats going on. The app crashes (after latest software update) and they tell me to delink my app- basically suggesting not to use their app and blaming it on the fact that the phone is not local, despite hundreds of users complaining about the same software issue. Well done FNB- you SUCK!

ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF JOKERS! They were super friendly to get the sale, but from the moment I was signed up, was a nightmare. Cannot get through to ANYONE ever and everyone on Whatsapp chat closes the chat! ****** DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM *****

HIGHWAY ROBBERY
It does not even deserve one star! Pathetic! I changed my ticket, and while my new ticket was a lot cheaper than the original they would not refund me. They said that they only charge more for any fair difference but would not compensate me if it is less. Above that, I was charged the full change fee.
