I recently stayed at Premier Hotel Umhlanga and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, especially regarding housekeeping service. Checkout time is clearly stated as 11:00, yet a housekeeper unlocked and entered my room at 10:00 to clean while I was still inside and preparing to leave. This made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I had also requested an iron and had to wait about an hour for it to arrive, which delayed my preparations. Because of the delay, I only started ironing around 11:00. At 11:23, the same housekeeper unlocked my door again and asked to remove the bed sheets while I was still in the room finishing up. I found this very unprofessional and not in line with the standards I expected from the hotel. I understand that housekeeping has schedules to follow, but guests should still be given privacy and respect until the official checkout time. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed. I hope management addresses this so that future guests have a better experience.
I am very disappointed with the service I received at WeBuyCars Springfield. I went there to view a car I was interested in purchasing, but I was told that a manager was currently using the vehicle and that they would get back to me once they had spoken to the manager. Unfortunately, I never received any feedback or update after that. It is very frustrating as a potential customer to make the effort to visit the branch and then not receive proper communication afterwards. From my experience, it seems like management be holding vehicles for themselves instead of making them available to customers. This level of service is very unprofessional and disappointing. I expected better communication and transparency.
I am writing to express my great disappointment with how Capitec handled my ***** case opened over a year ago. I made payment to an individual for products that were never delivered. I submitted all the required documents, including a police case number, yet I received no meaningful assistance from your ***** department. Capitec refused to recall the funds, claiming it was an authorised payment. However, when I contacted the recipient’s bank, I was informed that Capitec — as the originating bank — is responsible for initiating the recall. This contradiction has left me frustrated and feeling completely dismissed by your team. It is disheartening that after spending time and money visiting your branch, the police station, and making document copies, my efforts were disregarded. Capitec’s lack of action and accountability appears to enable *****ulent behaviour, leaving loyal customers unprotected. I request that this matter be re-investigated urgently and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the recall process and why my case was not handled with the seriousness it deserves.
I am writing this review with great disappointment. It has been over a year since I made a payment to one of your clients, who never delivered the products I had purchased. I opened a police case, obtained a case number, and reported the account to your bank. All Standard Bank did was block her account — and that was the end of it. My funds were never returned, and no action was taken against this client to address her *****ulent activity. Instead of protecting innocent customers, the bank seems to allow such ********s to get away with theft. When I followed up for feedback, I was told no information would be provided to me — yet I am the one who suffered the financial loss. This experience has left me with the impression that Standard Bank does not protect its customers, but rather enables *****sters by failing to act meaningfully.
I am writing this with great disappointment about this company. My lease began on the 1st of March, and I had made all the required payments before receiving the keys. On the 3rd of April, I paid my first month’s rent (proof of payment has been provided multiple times). Despite this, I have continuously received emails, invoices, and even letters of demand claiming that I missed payments. Initially, someone named Sibu gave me conflicting information about which months were outstanding. Even after I provided proof of payment, the matter was not resolved. I eventually sent an email including Sibu, Lillian, Sane, Farhaan, and Tyron. The only response came from Sibu, asking me for my unit number—information he should already have on record. He claimed their system had updated, while the others simply ignored the issue and failed to assist. This company operates in a highly unprofessional manner and fails to keep accurate records. They continue to demand payments I have already made, and the constant back-and-forth accompanied by threats is unacceptable. Sibu repeatedly asks the same questions, forcing me to resend the same evidence over and over with no resolution.
I sent a parcel via pudo from durban on Friday 25/04 to Limpopo and on Monday 28/04 it arrived at Limpopo hub and there has been no trace of the parcel since. Numerous calls and I am told it may be lying around somewhere and they will ask the driver who is off duty. How can a parcel just go missing without a trace? I am very disappointed by this as this is a very expensive product and i had trusted your service to deliver safely. No one is giving me any answers.
Very unhappy with the service. Here are a few reasons. I cannot make a purchase of simple medication, nothing is ever covered when i make a purchase at my local pharmacy. Getting pre-authorised is a nightmare. The WhatsApp service always ignores, the nurse called at 7pm when i have called at 3pm to see a doctor. Said she will send a pre- authorisation but till today never did. Called on Tuesday to cancel and got a very unfriendly consultant who said someone will call after 3pm that day and they never did. This is by far the worst. Yet you never fail to debit my account. Not good value for money at all
Once again, very disappointed by Game Galleria Mall Amanzimtoti. I went on Saturday to purchase a vermark mop, tv, iron, microwave and couch. I was then approached by a Verimark promoter who then showed me two options and i salected one as we are talking a Tevo promoter comes and tells me she has better as the Vermark and i are still having a conversation and she insists i respond to her. I then tell her we are going to look at mops, i will be back. I then shopped and went to the microwave that i wanted that is on special for R799. There was no one to help and a promoter came and still trying so hard to convince me to take hers and had an attitude when i said no. Went to the couch i wanted and waiting for a good 10 minutes waiting for assistance, even rang the bell no one wanted to help as they were just passing. I left the whole trolley and left right then and there. This is not the first time i have wanted to purchase a couch from this store and left empty handed. 2, this is not the first time i have had promoters from this store wanting me to get what they want. Please fix your custom service as well as educating promoters on the store to respect others and customers. What the Tevo promoter did while the vermark promoter was selling was very disrespectful.
Very very bad service. Their consultants have no knowledge and good luck getting your call answered
I have been with tracker for a good year. Called them to install unit on my new car and the service from the consultants was lovely. They provided a date the very next day. Thank you so much. Your made a stressful week very much better.
