These people keep harassing me. I asked them almost 20 times now to remove my name and number from their system but they just keep phoning me. I unsubscribed from their sms list, yet they still sms me. I am now going to report them to the NCC
At Milky Lane Mall@Reds. There is a kiddies waffle (Mr Waffle Head) where you get 3 little cones with smarties and stuff inside to decorate your waffle. That item cost R55. All good. We ask the waitress if we can just get a small ice cream and the 3 cups to decorate the ice cream, because my son does not want the waffle. After 5 min of explaining, because that was obviously above her understanding. She said okay. She came back with a small ice cream and the 3 bowls. Awesome. When we got our bill. She charged us R60 for that !!!! She charged us R15 PER SMALL bowl with a couple of smarties in. This is R5 more than the waffle with ice cream and everything but WITHOUT the waffle. When i asked her about it, she was so rude and just said, it is the extras. This was terrible and very unfriendly service.
I find all internet service providers *******, but RSA web has to be one of the worst! Their customer service doesn't exist! I have sent multiple messages, and they just ignore them! They are so rude to you when you manage to get a response, and then continue to ignore you!
Bought a Meaty Triple Decker for R190 and there was basically no topping in it. Just layers of dough. Totally disgusting. I took pictures and I'll make sure i post them everywhere online. This is really really a rip-off

After Rain started illegally debiting my account, I requested a refund on 27 September 2022. I was told my refund would take 7-10 days. 16 days later I am still waiting!
Rain seems to enjoy taking peoples money illegally. This is now the third time I'm contacting Rain about the same issue. They told me they would refund my money in 7 - 10 days, it has now been 10 days and still haven't received a cent.
Don't waste your money with these people. They are so demanding for more. You are expected to pay via an instant EFT. They told me my renovations would take a week. Four weeks later they completely destroyed my flat!
Are you ****ing kidding me? I thought this issue as sorted out a week ago, and I would have my refund by now! I emailed the the person I was told to email last Monday. They responded with 'Thanks'. I emailed them again today and go no response! If the money isn't in my account by the end of Wednesday, 5 October 2022, I will be reporting Rain to the police for theft! Honestly reading the other reviews of Rain recently clearly they are stealing from everyone!
Great Customer Service. Bought 3 headlamps and they deliovered it the next day, best headlamps i ever used. One became faulty and they did not hesitate to replace it. Great customer service is a rare thing these days. Thanks Zak and Lumeo
