Request #159386: delivery not received for order No : 4001158864 Good day Pick and pay team If my refund is not possible can you please deliver my order , that was returned back to the shop . It is very simple for you guys working behind the scenes , you dont feel the pain of spending the little money that I have on something that was not delivered to me. I dont know what to do anymore , I called the shop at mamelodi and they do agree that the grocery was turned to the shop . I dont understand why is my refund failing 😕. The call centre does not pick up my calls anymore 😒. Now I leave this matter to God Lord almighty 🙏 Thank you PnP for providing me with the worse service!
Good day I bought a stylo cellphone from pep and the screen got damaged. I went to every shop that fixes Cellphones from Pretoria to Durban no one can assist . They all gave me one answer , the is NO SCREEN REPLACMENT FOR SYTLO AS THIS PHONE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED IN THE MARKET OF CHINA and pep took this brand into south africa . meaning my phone won't be fixed and I need some critical information inside the broken phone . Please refund my money or let me know where can I fix my phone . I called pep customer service on the 28th of February 11h05 and my line was cut short with no assistance
I am really disappointed. I have app**** for a month to month contract boza deals online , the aim cars was delivered but they is no data loaded on the aim card. Hide quoted text I have called MTN call centre for assistance but I have been taken back and forth. I think now I was ****med by MTN and I trust this network but now I won't recommend it to anyone. I spoke to the following people and others aswell - NTOMBIFUTHI MSIBI -AZWIHANGWISI SINGO -NTOKOZO MBENSE now I am wondering why is it only ZULU speaking people on the MTN call centre well now it is also ********, maybe that is why I was not assisted
Hello Peter family , I had a difficult matter regarding the payment to netstar . Please note that the was no clear directive assistance. I have cried for assistance but I never even received a phone call from them . Now just imagine if my car was stollen ,they will not even care about me as a customer to check up . They must create a department that will keep on checking upon their customers after every service they have randerd . When I buy my second car , I won't use Netstar as a service provider. I had my far chance .
Feed back review : My matter as a gobid client was handled very well with pure details speciation . I complained about service provision from Thabiso & Tshiamo the two TT's . CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR TEAM BUILDING IS URGENTLY REQUIRED AT GO BID Well on the month of September , i wanted to sell my car MERCEDES BENZ A 160 2004 Model , it is an good running condition , paper work perfect, licence disc in order and the body condition it is still good . Every went well when i was assisted by Tshiamo Mashigo , he later transfered me to THABISO MASHISHI well nothing went well : THABISO MASHISHI : 1. His energy is down and out 2. He takes longer to respond to any form of communication WhatsAPP and EMAIL , Phone call please do not even try to botha calling him . 3.He takes his own personal dicision , like he does not consult any amount according to his eyes it is correct . Well i did re-apply again on the OCTOBER month , Tshiamo offered R15K but when i later complained about Thabiso to Tshiamo ( WOW THABISO dropped the amount to R12K ) He is not professional he is TOO PERSONAL . Go-Bid is more of a job for him just to pay his BILLS , i am sure he does not serve the MISSION and the VISION of Go-BID such employee's . To all the people who are planning to buy car's I have soon to notice that Auto Pedigree does not live by its motto which is "YOU DESERVE A GREAT DEAL " what i got was a bad deal . I bought my first car in 2017 at Auto pedigree Menlyn assisted by Thapelo.M , who later resigned . My biggest mistake was that during the excitement of buying a car , i did not ask about the extra things which were added on my contract ... well i later found out that the is AUTO AN SHINE which will assist with scratches on the vehicle etc ... Now that my vehicle has scratches the is no one who is willing to assist , i haved moved from one sales person to another .. The last call made to auto-pedigree Menlyn , i was told that the is no electricity unfortunately the are unable to assist me . If i was able to reverse time i would ... The sales representatives lost the ethical spirit of serving good service , i think management should step in and motivate the team or very soon it might lose out ..
YOH I HOPE I AM NOT TOO LATE ... On the 7th of September , i got a call from Kaugelo one of the MAX LAW consultant who made me feel at easy and think that i will be out of debts for good ... The dream was a nightmare when i read all the comment from hello Peter ... Thank you to hellopeter before they even start to debit , i cancelled on the 10/09/2020... I hope they wont continue to debt my account.
To whom it may concern ... I was a victim of a scam through a loan that I found in Facebook which did not even exist, which is called express loan and the profile picture it has a white man and a black woman ( Amanda ZIMEMA attorneys ). I was told to deposit R1500.00 for my loan to be processed , the first payment was processed, then I was told to pay again R1850.00 ... I understand that life is a risk but in taking every risk be cautious.. These guys are famous even our south African police system knows about them but nothing is being done , people are being ripped off every single day ... Even though it is now the time to say every man for him self God for us all , still justice must be severed. One day all will be answered for ...
