This retirement fund is trying everything in their power to prevent people from withdrawing from the two-pot system. Yes, I made a mistake on my initial withdrawal but did manage to fix it. Now they keep using that mistake against me to not process mt withdrawal request. Something needs to be done because I don't think I'm the only one who's being prevented from withdrawing from their savings component.
This so-called credit bureau is just spiteful and in no way looking out for the consumer. I have been fighting with this credit bureau because they kept on reflecting prescribed accounts on my credit profile. I lodged a dispute and the dispute caused my credit score to drop from 618 to 583. The dispute was then resolved in my favor but because they wanted to be spiteful, my credit score is currently sitting on 584. All because I threatened legal action against them. This is now them showing me who's boss. I still don't understand how my credit score could have been 618 but after having the dispute resolved in my favor, drops to 584. I believe all those whose names have been tarnished by these *********** idiots, should come together and take them to task. I'm honestly fed up with these people and somehow, they need to be taken to task. I've had a few calls from some people who suggested we create a go-fund me account and sue them for what they are worth. Please don't hesitate to contact me and I will add you to the group we created.
Standard bank is *****ing from customers and doesn't even flinch. I don't understand where these honoring fees come from. I just opened my app and found that these ******* took R200 again for "Honoring Fees". This happens each and every month and up to this day, they can't explain to me what these "Honoring Fees" are for. Whenever you make a transaction, all the monies linked to that transaction goes off immediately but then they come back and ***** money from your account at a later stage under the disguise of "Honoring Fees" I would appreciate it if there were anyone out there who can assist in taking these ******* to task because I'm fed up with them.
These people are ****** and have absolutely no regard for the law. I had a prescribed account which was removed from my credit profile. On my very next credit report, these idiots went and put that very sane account back onto my credit report. I'm willing to pay a very good lawyer to take these people to task and sue them for everything they have. Even if I have to pay R100 000, I'm willing to. These ****mers need to be taught a lesson.
This so called credit bureau is so arrogant. On my report they show that the DMC account was removed from my account and yet they out it back without any explanation and refuse to reply to my requests to have it removed. I'm still awaiting information on how I can take them to court for the false information they're displaying on my credit report. Believe me, I'm not going to take this lying down. My credit report was clear and when they realized that, they had to go and find something to put on my report. I don't owe these DMC ****s anything and the original account which they bought, had already prescribed. What Experian is doing is against the law and since I'm on leave currently I have enough time to take them to court. Stupid idiots.
I think Experian is going out of their way to tarnish people's names. I had an account which prescribed and which they've removed but they sneakily put it back onto my credit report because they find joy in tarnishing people. As far as I know, this is against the law and I'm hoping there's someone who can advice me on which steps to take to sue these people if possible. I believe someone might be getting brown envelopes from some of these people to ensure they keep credit reports the way their friends or "business associates" wants them to look like. I will be opening a case of defamation should it be that there's no other means of dealing with these people.
How does one go about to take legal action against Experian? I've been complaining about accounts which have subscribed but they keep asking for proof of when I last made a payment even though all the information is available on my credit report. They re-instate old accounts from up to 6 years back on my account to ensure they drop my credit score. Capitec sold my account to DMC in 2021 and yet Experian keep both accounts on my credit report even though the Capitec account has prescribed. I haven't been in communication with DMC and never paid them any money because I never had a contract with them but Experian seem to enjoy making people's lives hell and it's evident by the amount of complaints listed on HelloPeter.
I think Umvuzo management write their own positive reviews because I haven't met anyone happy with the service they render. I've just received a sms, stating that I have to pay R2033,22 without any explanation from Umvuzo. Mind you, I'm paying more that R8000 per month and I can't do anything with the medical aid as everything gets declined. No over the counter medication, when my kids are sick, I have to pay. Last year I was threatened with lawyers by service providers because Umvuzo refused to pay. I don't know what I'm paying for because I'm not really using the medical aid and when I do try to use it, I have to pay out of my pocket. To anyone thinking of using this medical aid, you're on your own, don't say that you weren't warned. I can just as well save that R8000 + and have more than R96 000 each year to spend on medical needs for myself and my family. Useless indeed.
This bank will **** you until you end up losing every cent you have. I've been charged honouring fees upon honouring fees. In addition, there's fixed monthly fees, primary sms fees and the works. My plea is that whoever plans to open a bank account, to steer clear of these ****mers. Not a month passes without me owing these ****mers. Just think, Standard bank has 19.6 million clients. *****ing addition R277 from each of these customers would give them a looted profit of R5 429 200 000 monthly. Even if they only manage to ***** R50 from each client they would revenue R 980 000 000 monthly. This is just absurd. I honestly don't understand how these people get away with this daylight *******. Please steer clear of these people.
People, please check your statements. FNB is charging me for ATM withdrawals even though I I haven't withdrawn any money. This bank ****s people and I would suggest you check each and every statement diligently. I use this account to save money but very soon I will have nothing left in the account because of them thinking up ways on how to **** me. Please be vigilant.
