Baught a Taurus Hexa vacuum cleaner and of course it broke jyst after the warranty expired. It has raken me a week to just have a contact person that will receive the machine as I have to courier it. I had to ask multiple times for info. I also asked if I need a reference, as the machine will arrive there and they will not know why it is there. I'm sure it will just get lost. If I knew it was such a bad company, I would have rather bought something from Twmu or Shein. At least they respond to customers.
Normally, ot takes 8- 14 days for transfer of business registration- not with Louw and Heyl. 7 months and still waiting. Slow on email replies and always very vague in answers. This is the worst! Money is all tied up with them since October 2024 - previous owner (pensioner and widow) can't get her money and we can't get the business transfer from them.
This product should be banned. The packaging says: "keep away from children and pets". It should say: "deadly to pets and humans", as there's NO antidote to the active ingredient! The only animal that will not die if they eat the dead rats, is birds. Because birds can handle high calcium levels. It causes multiple organ failure in humans and pets
On 19 September I submitted documents to FNB and ABSA for a home loan. Still waiting for ABSA to even attend to the matter. FNB was phenomenal in providing PERSONAL attention to us during the process, expediting EVERYTHING, including registering of the bond. Money was transferred to us on 18 October already! FNB sent someone to my husband and me to even open up bank accounts. If this is not service, then I don't know what is. THANKS FNB for this amazing experience with you.
On 19 September 2024, I submitted a home loan application with all required documents to both ABSA and FNB - to date (22 October 2024), I'm still awaiting feedback from ABSA, even after I phoned to complain about the fact that they did not get back to me. I'm a customer to ABSA since inception (previous Volkskas client), I have investments with them, a current account and credit card. Also we finished our initial home loan with ABSA about 2 years ago. I needed the required home loan by end of October. FNB paid the money already and I opened FNB accounts now. ABSA will never see me again.
I saw the add accidentally at the L'Oreal stand which states that I qualify for a free gift, if I purchase products to the value of R399, yet the assistant that helped me to get the colour foundation that I need, didn't inform me about it. When I paid at the cosmetic counter, as instructed on the add, the sales person didn't offer the promotion either. My purchase was over R400 on cosmetics from L'Oreal PLUS a serum/ filler for R219. When I questioned it, she went to check the add and collected the gift. Pathetic sales people. Don't they want to work there??? I will do it!
Sales person phoned me on 7 March and I agreed to service, gave banking details, etc and arranged for fitment on 8 March. No communication from them since then - 4 days later
I've been a customer with Mweb for a few years now. Don't even bother to use the app. Always the same response on slow speed "please connect a computor and check again" For crying in a bucket - I don't have a home computor!!!!!! Use it for phones and streaming services. Yet, if I pay for 100mbs, that is what I would expect! On 29 Nov 2023, I phoned to cancel my subscription and move to another provider for cheaper. They convinced me to stay and sign another year contract with them in order to obtain a new router with a downgraded speed. Obviously, I agreed, to avoid going though paperwork at a new provider. 9 days later (today) I phoned to follow up, as I was promised a new router, to be delivered, within 2-3 working days. I was informed by Mweb that my request was submitted only 24hrs ago!!!! Apologized, as they have been inundated with calls due to the price increase - published on 30 Nov! So, clients that had querries a day after me, got preference???? Must be because they're willing to pay more than I am......
Most terrible job done. Ceilings are pulling away from the walls. Phones owner at least twice a week to fix this - keeps on promising to come out, but never does
Pathetic service. You place an order, pay the premium price as well as a driver tip. Then delivery is incomplete. They then merely state that they refund the money for the missing item and you have to order again - and pay delivery fee AGAIN as well as wait for an hour for the second delivery....how is this called customer service???? I will not make use of this service ever again as this was not the first incident
