Mieke was just incredible, to be honest its rare these days to receive such excellent service.
On Sunday 11 July my daughter bought some products from Lush. She came to tell me just how brilliant the service was and how helpful the staff were.
On Sunday my eldest daughter who normally shops at Forever New Sandton was greeted by Nicole who remembered my daughter and said let me show you the jeans you like and helped her find the perfect pair of jeans and tops.
Credit where credit is due! I have just spoken to Zanele on the call centre to get a copy of my invoice and also place a call for my broken Candy machine! NEVER EVER have I had such amazing service! Well done!!!

It would help if your receptionist was trained properly and new what she was talking about. I had to hold on for 13minutes, called back asked again - she couldn't answer my question, put me through to someone else who then told me I needed to call someone else on a cell phone (which went to voice mail) and still I have not had a quote!?!?@£?!@£? Called another company - have a quote will have the cement delivered tomorrow. NEVER to use La Farge.
Got to give the thumbs up to Mr MK Maswabi at Lonehill Post Office who is super efficient at issuing motor vehicle licences and super efficient at his job.
Still waiting for Standard Bank to get back to me regarding my access bond. Now im waiting for them to pay me out for a geyser. Are there any banks anyone other than Standard Bank, who would like a REALLY good paying client to take over our bond. Im soooo keen to move!
With the holiday payment option on bond payment was offered, we took up the offer since both my husband and I work for ourselves. However, two very important problems occurred: one, they tried to take the money out of my account despite having asked for the holiday which they charged me a reversal fee on and secondly, they took our access bond away which is what we survive on? Please note, we did actually ask them if that was going to happen and they said no. Now what?? We need help here.
