I contacted this company after I saw them advertising on Facebook to repair my fridge that did not get cold and freeze. A person with the name of Junior also known as Lucio Chizanga came out and charged me R 2000 to fix my fridge and said there is a 6 month guarantee. on his work. One month later and the fridge was broken again. I contacted him again and at first he said he didn't know who I was, then he promised to come and look at the fridge. He never came out. Then he just ignored me. I asked him for an invoice detailing his work because I have a proof of payment so I can take my complaint to the consumer commission. He still ignored me. I wrote a review on his facebook page detailing what he had done and how I had lost my money. He wrote me a nasty whatsapp saying I will suffer and threatening me. People need to be warned that he is a **** artist and there is no invoice or guarantee on his work. He overcharges and that is why there is no invoice. I am also in the process to lay a complaint at the Consumer Commission so that he can stop doing this kind of business using the name LC Repairs Gauteng. He is a ****mer and a con artist.
The instructor was paid the full sum for 10 lessons for a drivers license. The lessons were for my daughter, who is a very anxious driver. He was an awful person. By the time he dropped her off, she was in tears and I had to take her for another hour to train her in my car and calm her down. She said he would scream at her in the car and told her that she would not pass the test and that she needed more lessons. well she passed her first attempt and not because of this driving school or this instructor but because of the time and effort I put in after work to help her. The worst experience ever, don't go near this place.
Optimal Auto Boksburg and Planet42 run a rent to own ****. The vehicles are not roadworthy, they will break down around the corner from them, they "fix" the vehicles, just to break again the next day after you have waited 2-3 weeks for your car. Getting any assistance from Planet42 or this dealership is impossible and your account gets debited with the full amount every month, just don't go there. I will be returning their vehicle and then I'm done with this dealership and Planet42. Don't even bother trying to contact them, they do not respond.
I have entered into an agreement with Planet42 regarding a vehicle, which was mostly broken down from day 1, the car was more at the dealership for repairs as I have had it. It is now more than a year and on their website it states that I can return the vehicle after 6 months and if there are no arrears, my account is up to date also by paying a penalty of 1 month's installment. I have informed Planet42 that I want to return the vehicle on email and whatsapp and was asked what is the reason that I want to return the vehicle and I stated that I no longer want the vehicle. Since then I am being ignored, all email, all whatsapp messages have been ignored. I cannot make any contact with them. I have also informed the dealership Optimal Auto in Boksburg of my intention to return the vehicle which all my emails have gone unanswered. It is the worse service I have ever experienced. Please be advised never to enter into a contract with Planet42,! Beginning of June I will return the vehicle to Optimal Auto and then Planet42 and Optimal Auto in Boksburg will have to see what they are going to do.
Truly the worst "Pharmacy" and service delivery I have ever experienced. Medication not dispensed or delivered since 26 April 2023. Trying to contact them or emailing them is a waste of time as they do not respond. I am now taking my prescription elsewhere, I will rather pay extra and receive my chronic medicine on time.
On the 12th of February my COJ claim regarding a power search at my house was referred to Aon after lodging the claim in October 2018. I was informed to wait 7 working days and then contact Johline Gurriah at Aon who is handling all COJ claims. I have send numerous e mails all went unanswered. I informed her that my house is now sold and I need to resolve the matter before I move out however all has fallen on deaf ears. No response to any e mails and phone calls . All I want to know is what is the status of my claim. The ombudsman also referred me to Aon, it seems they don't answer to anyone.
