Its been 3 days now without internet. The second time I called and was told it was a migration debit order issue. My account is usually debited on the 26th or so. This company isn't serious about delivering services. I sit and wonder why the trustees not vote this bunch out. I can never recommend this company at all. They are disrespectful and know nothing about what they really do.
Please never go to an estate that uses Surf4Life. Their service is ***. The funny thing is when the microwave is switched on, the wifi goes down. Amazing, historic.
Am at Centurion Standard Bank. Have my charger and my cell is about to die. Guess what, they can't charge for me my phone. ******* Bank. Hate coming ro the bank. A bank that I have multiple account with.
Bought 2 cameras worth R7700. Out 2, 1 was broken. Tried to install and discovered the material is fancy but poor quality. Brought it back. Was asked to pay more to get alternative. Was given 2 instead of 3. When I enquired, they gave me the last, broken though. Blamed me that ot broke when I was installing. Mind you it's a 4g solar camera. They sent a video, saying its internal board had burnt. How does itnburn when it is solar. They are rude, blame, unprofessional and ****s. Dealt with a lady and a guy in Centurion. Lost my almost R4000. Glad I got an alternative place in China mall for the cameras which are even cheaper and of good quality.
Accessing discovery bank app this morning is a mission. These challenges have been the whole of this week. Today, it is worse. Imagine not been able to yransact, and not even told about it by your own bank. Terrible
I think and wonder why I am still doing my business banking with this company. Pathetic, poor customer service. It would be easier to meet the president of the country than any of my business bankers. I rocked up to do KYC in the Centurion branch Lifestyle Center to do KYC and the best the banker, supported by the assistant manager was that I be given a list of my business bankers. I told them they are synonymous with Home Affairs. This is irrespective of the fact that I cand complete their pdf forms, hence my moving into the branch. I guess when these business reach a target revenue goal, I move my accounts 1 by 1 to their competitor.
Pathetic af system. Cant load beneficieries. They say its a new system which is worse than the first. Pathetic and irritating.
I placed notice to terminate my servjce on the 1st Nov and guess what, they want to only cancel on the 31 Dec because they said they captured it just now. I even have it on my chat. As always, another *******. Webafrica is deadbeat. To think I wanted to use their service to the new place, let them forget it.
Loading every 2min. Watching a movie at 02:00 and loading is very very bad. Terrible speed for a what I am paying.
The guy, calling himself David (0630563592) is a scammer. I paid him to fix the fridge. It worked for just an hour. He promised to pay back and now scamming others. He has a very professional website to scam people. He largely operates in Midrand, Pretoria, Centurion in Gauteng.
