I would like to commend Sylvia Molopa for the outstanding service she provided when I needed to check my personal details. She handled my request with professionalism, patience, and efficiency, ensuring that everything was clear and accurate. What impressed me most was her proactive approach, she went beyond simply assisting with my details and offered to have my tracker system checked by the control room. This thoughtful gesture gave me peace of mind and showed her genuine commitment to customer care and I didn't know that once in a while I can call in and have my tracker system checked over a call. Her service reflects excellence and dedication, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into assisting me.
I had such a wonderful experience at the PET shop located in Lenz Quarter! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine friendliness and professionalism. The store manager, Mxolisi, went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed for my pets. His knowledge and passion for animals really stood out, and he patiently answered all my questions with great care. At the checkout, Nontokozo, the cashier, made the process smooth and pleasant. She was cheerful, efficient, and attentive, which added to the overall positive atmosphere of the store. Got a call from Melvin to do a routine check to see if my details are still correct and in order and, I have to say it was a great service call I had with him. The product knowledge and also ways on how I can maximize my plan really opened my eyes. He plugged me for sure. He was thorough and clear in his explanations and took his time in educating me on some of the things I didn't know about my own insurance. I've been with King Price for about 8 months now. The premium that I'm paying for my 2017 Kia Rio Model is worth it. Reasonable pricing with a surety of discounts every 6 months when doing a Insurance review. Although I haven't done mine yet, I look forward to it.
20th Jan 2025. I appreciate the professionalism showed by the consultant Melerisha, even went further to contact me via call to further assist. She provided detailed information on how they operate and, the options available that they provide. We once used them 3 years ago and the work ethic still remains if not improved. Booked the move for the the 27th Jan 2025 and, on the day of the moving, the truck arrived on time as requested. They were patience enough to wait for us to finalize some of the stuff we were packing. They were patient and careful when moving our belongings. They were kind, humble and professional in every way. And oh, our luggage was safely packed :) from pick up to the drop off. Red Transport is very reliable and I would recommend you to try them whenever you want to move.

Good day, team The rating is for Tebogo Mafate for his excellent customer service. My account was double debited with an amount of R200 in December 2023. I called to query the transaction and was advised it will be allocated for Jan. February a full amount was debit and I didn't have any issues about it. The only concern I had was the balance of R71 held by cartrack. In short, after numerous calls and conversations with different consultants, only Tebogo was able to give me a clear and reasonable explanation to this matter and also came up with a solution. He showed a clear product and process knowledge and didn't answer me for the sake of answering. I commend and appreciate him for that. Instead of giving me an attitude when I was explaining, he gave me a chance and listened (even though he sensed and heard I was frustrated), he was sincere and honest about it. There's a lot I want to say about the poor customer service I received before you, but this review is mainly for you and your excellent work. Keep it up. Not even worth a one rating start!! If I had a choice, I would have chosen otherwise. With so many BAD reviews, this courier company NEEDS to be closed, PERIOD!! A ****ty way to close off my week, thanks to the BAD SERVICE received. I ordered a new device online on Monday 10th via Telkom. On Thursday 2:31pm I get an sms saying Waybill is received. 2:33pm I receive an sms with Order/Waybill THD01024685, stating that it has been handed to courierit and I should expect delivery within 1 or 2 days. Ok, fine. Today (Friday) at 9:22am I get this "Our Courierit Driver has your TELKOM B2C parcel and will deliver it today - THD01024685. Please track your delivery on the following link..." Keyword "will deliver today". Mind you, the ****** customer service/consultants tell you that THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT THE DRIVERS CONTACT details, like ***?!!! So there is NO OTHER way to contact the driver other than calling the very same useless customer service, sounding like a broken record!! I am so ANGRY right now, it is not even funny!!!! I called numerous times to confirm if the driver is definitely coming to deliver and I was told numerous times that YES HE WILL COME TO deliver. Now it is just after 5pm and I'm home, still no call, no message from the so called driver! I call again only to be told that the DRIVER WILL NO LONGER BE DELIVERING TODAY.. OMW, I could really bite someone's head! Such an inconvenience, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, the whole courierit company is USELESS!! 5:47pm I receive an sms reading "REGAN MABASO from Courierit is on their way to deliver your TELKOM 2BC parcel. When I click on the link, guess what "SORRY! WE WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR PARCEL TO YOU" contact not available. ****ing Pathetic.... I was looking forward to my parcel today, because of your sms stating that YALL WILL DELIVER TODAY!!!! I would rather drive and fetch the parcel myself if need be. USELESS MAN, damn!! I even knocked off early from the office, thinking I might be late, but NO, no delivery was going to happen.
