Me and my husband has been with vacation club over the past 10 years the sales consultant that assisted us with the first contract did only explain that we get full week and we cannot use our timeshare during peak season we did not know about weekends and midweek as that was not properly explained to us we only knew we could not use it during peak seasons last year in January a sales consultant also contacted us because vacation club had discounts for their old members which i assume as a sales consultant you would have a look at the old contract and saw what we had so i saw that the midweek was cheaper which at that moment we didn't know that you cannot use on weekends which was not explain to us this will not be as your old contract we took that paid our levies, Tried to make a booking for over a weekend which they let us know we can only make during the week to say i am frustrated is an understatement i am furious and trying to cancel this contract as we have paid a huge amount for the levies and monthly instalment for a contract that will be 10 years which wont be any use for us because we cannot occupy the timeshare during the week as we both have full time jobs i have tried to communicate with the consultant we had a bit of financial difficulty but the levies was paid to change it for us to a weekend at least we will pay the monthly instalment for the weekend of -+R3000 just said there is nothing he can do and does not respond to our what's apps, emails i have send complaints to vacation club over the phone no response so this is my last resort as i hope we can come to a positive resolution M39723
i wouldn't recommend anyone to this people they are very incompetent first of all they come and look at the pool i do not think they know what they are doing than they take our pump has been with them for +- 4 weeks as i have been calling the owner to come and sort out the pool he keeps on promising that he will come up until today we are still waiting our pool is in a bad condition as he has promised that they service is quick can i ask he must just please return our pump and pay back the R800 as they have not done a single thing!!!
i have never seen people just debit from your account on behalf of a company which you order from but the company you order from and the collectors does not inform you than you have the audacity to debit way more than the instalment amount as i have told you that i did not know who is debiting my account there is a lot of fraud going around
first of all i have never seen people that do not communicate with their clients should they see an extra payment was made into their account i had to keep on following up regarding the payment also they have never told me that this company "pay just" now collects on their behalf there is a lot of fraud going around why would i just let people debit from my account if i don't know you you have poor service your clients definitely does not come first how can you than afterwards let this people debit R500 more than they not suppose to i saw the other peoples frustrations regrading your poor bad service now you must just close down your business
We went for covid 19 testing on the 23 June 20 first of all the lady that asissted us was not helpful at all she treated us as if we have some sort of disease. I informed her that our medical aid will cover the costs but refused she said that they only accepts cash so we paid the R2550.00 yet they still claimed the money from our medical aid so this is the issue we are struggling to claim our money back it's a struggle to get through the accounts department eventually when I got through they cant allocate the payment i have struggled sins June with them not allocating is really not my problem i want my money back ASAP!!!!! They better sort this out
we have put in an insurance claim 2 weeks ago for Claim no: MTNCC ********** when we try to follow up as it goes now for the 3rd week they keep on asking first it was forms now pictures of the phone box my take on this they know what is needed rather ask us to send all the information they need and also you call them back they take long to answer the phones. My husband has been without a phone for 3 weeks now but the monthly installment for the insurance was debited on time every month but to claim back is so time wasted and frustrated. CAN THIS MATTER BE RESOLVED ASAP!!!
