Worst customer service EVER!!!
The **** hole that they call checkers on kloof street, Cape Town is the worst checkers u can ever go to! Worst customer service, every checkers person is ****ing rude!!! And the fat useless manager in charge shld be fired.

Takealot is completely Incompetent !!!
I ordered a Swarovski necklace but instead got some other **** in my parcel. If takealot dsnt have competent people packing then rather not offer ur useless service. Looking forward to AMAZON coming to SA. These monopoly companies think they can do just what they want! I’ll never use takealot again!!!

Worst Internet Service provider in the country!!!
It’s now 6 months down the road & rain still cannot get my internet package correct & they keep invoicing me the incorrectly. U try speak to someone at Rain which is almost impossible & when u do get through they promise to correct it.

Terrible Trek Service!
MY 2nd DISGUSTING SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I’ve had another terrible experience with Trek. This time round at ur jhb trek shop… I brought my bicycle in for a level 3 service & parts replacement (Attached is the invoice) Firstly When getting home I could feel my rear brakes that were replaced weren’t done properly, I had to take it to cycle lab boksburg to bleed my brakes a cost I had to incur & will supply invoice. Secondly my bike wasn’t cleaned properly (photo attached) Thirdly my rear shock was left as is with a cracked seal (photo attached) And lastly today was my 1st ride & there is a knocking noise coming from my bicycle (video attached) If this is honestly how Trek operates in South Africa I’ll much rather take my bicycle to Complete cyclist or Lynnwood cyclery & have my bicycle serviced properly bcos this is just disgusting! Most Disgusting Customer Service!!!
The most disgusting service EVER! I wldnt recommend them if u paid me… Requested to have my subscription downgraded, then it takes them 3 months to do so. Then when wanting to query it they never call me back.
