Nedbank SA I no longer have the energy for you guys. All I need is a paid up letter and my profile rectified. My app shows that the account is paid up and your legal team says your last debit order didnt go through they only see manual payments I made. I cant be waiting for the admin team when I can clearly see that my account is paid up on my app. Get your **** together I need the paid up letter and an update on y profile.

I have had a loan with you guys and not missed a single month. Last year I lost my job and contacted you to let you know that I have lost my job and finding it hard to pay. Understandable my account was in arrears. I got a job and contacted you again to say please start debiting and am honouring my arrangement. To my surprise my account still shows that am in arrears. I contact Nedbank to understand and I get told that my account will forever be in arrears unless I pay the full amount. I advise that I do not have the amount to clear over 20k at once then am told I will get a 20% discount to close the account. Guys I am paying and honouring the arrangement why must I reflect as in arrears for the next 2 years. This is one company thats neglecting humanity in their quest to make more profit. Please fix my account, I am paying and will finish the loan at my pace. Please do the right thing.

Netstar has to be the worst incompetent company. I had a safe and sound device with back up, the device was never up to date, trips incomplete raised the issue and nothing was done. I had an accident and my car was written off, device failed to register that. The called me to assure me the device is fine they had done checks. I told them I want to cancel as the car was written off due to an accident. The consultant told me that they will work out the settlement and email me the quotation which never happened. They attempted to debit R1300 and I didnt allow it. I then get a call from Debt Collectors on their behalf like *** am still waiting for the email and whats hard with communicating with your clients. You are just money hungry with devices that are not consistent. Please fix your **** hand me over for a mere R1.3 without even communicating with me.
I have a home loan with Standard Bank and it keeps going up with no communication. Everytime I need to call to find out why and confirm my instalment. More than once I have asked for communication when there are any changes but I just see different instalments. Standard Bank is very bad when it comes to communicating with its clients. It is very disappointing.
I wish I can take back all the 5 stars I have been giving Miway over the years as I have realized that the service is only good if you are the one paying them. Miway is not different from other greedy insurance companies who always try by all means to run away from the responsibility to pay a claim. This company lacks the human touch, very robotic and it's so disgusting. I had an accident on the 23rd of July and reported the incident. The claim process was initiated. The assessor from day 1 showed me that he was just after the paycheck, not my well-being or hearing my side of the story. From the 1st call, I clearly told them everything. 1st week the assessor had concerns with the tracking device which was recommended by Miway and with special requirements that I met. I was then informed that my car was beyond repair and I should provide them with my settlement letter, spare key and registration certificate. I co-operated, I only received updates when I followed up. 2nd week I was asked to provide my bank statement which I did. After more than 23 days the assessor says my claim is invalid based on hearsay and assumptions. I advised as I advised him on day one regarding how to get the facts and he refused. For a big company like Miway it is really disappointing as the company is in a good position to get all the facts but chooses to make assumptions as that works in their favour. I will dispute the rejection but as a big company, I believe they feed on the poor masses. It is really disappointing that after so many years of paying without fail when its time for them to come to my rescue they hide on assumptions, very pathetic. This is one company that will never have your back on a rainy day. I trusted Miway but they really disappointed me when I needed them the most as my insurer. Miway clients are not just cash cows, you can do better.
Just had my policy review by MiWay and I was assisted by Thanduxolo Qomoyi the Senior Consultant. I understand why he is a Senior Consultant, the service he gave was the best. He deserves more than just 5 stars. Its consultants like Thanduxolo that has made my stay at MiWay very comfortable. Thank you MiWay and thanx Thando for making my day
Lime loans seems to be the worst. I last took a loan with Lime Loans a couple of months back. I settled everything and requested a paid up letter which was supplied, however, the account wasn't closed and it is still active on my credit profile. I have sent emails with no response and they dont answer their phones. Think twice when it comea to Lime Loans, till today Lime is still on my credit profile and I dont know how to remove it.
First time using SA Venues and experienced the worst. I booked accomodation in Durban through this company. I paid the requested deposit and I was happy. 3 days after that I received an email stating that accomodation was already booked so I cant stay there. They offered to find other places but only provided places twice the price of the place I booked. I requested a refund to look for my own place. They told me it was captured. After 48hrs no refund I do a follow up and Tania responds with an I dont care attitude. Why must I suffer for the problem from your side. I need the money to book an alternative before its too late. For now, I will give you guys a 0 rating for the inconvenience and lack of emphathy.
