Is it worth the effort to buy appliances from clicks🤔
I bought a Cilcks ultrasonic humidifier at clicks silvercrossing, It didn't work and went to exchange it. Went home, the exchanged unit didn't work as well, however, there were not other working stock and received a refund. Saturday 1 February 2025, I went to buy one unit again thinking it's a new year, there might be new stock in working condition. There was one unit which I bought, seemed to be a brand new one, and to my luck, it's not working. Poor customer service
I've called matrix thrice over 1 month to update my info and inform them about double deduction. Matrix upgraded my unit and continued to bill me for the old and new unit. Now, a month later, I'm still waiting for my refund.

TEMU order via Buffalo logistics
This company does customs for TEMU. You have to pay customs tax before they deliver your order. I've paid my tax, sent proof of payment thrice and keep receiving email and sms to pay my tax. The number they advertise, refers you to Whatsapp which is not helpful. I'm still waiting for delivery since 2 weeks.
