ONCE AGAIN I GET TOLD LAST WEDNESDAY MY REFUND WILL TAKE 3-5 DAYS BY Chulumanco, THEN YESTERDAY I GET TOLD THE SAME STORY BY CALEB 3-5 WORKING DAYS REFUND RELEASED MANUALLY. WHEN WILL PICK&PAY ASAP TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILTY AND ACTUALLY REFUND CUSTOMERS FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED
1st order on Pic& Pay ASAP. driver did not deliver but marks my ordered deliver. I phone the call Centre 1st agent says dont worry will call you back shortly, and hour later still no response. phone again agent takes details and lets me hold on for 9 min and then cuts me off. 3rd agent they must escelate they will call me back. i will never use ASAP again. When i explained to driver he doesnt understand what im saying lies to me says he is inside company to deliver. checked no one was there. Tried to call him blocked my number. Realy pathetic service. Very disappointed
person waits 4 days for them to phone. we keep asking them to make the debit order the last day of month then they keep custting me off on the 25th Service is ***
It is Seriously the worst service when you request a Natis and settlement as a dealershiP that you to wait 48 hours. when your customer is coming in an hour to collect. YOU ARE INCONVENIENCING YOUR CUSTOMER. PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO RECEIVING IMMEDIATELY
this company decided to put me under debt review no permission signed nothing Did NOT agree to it. Reporting them to NCR. They better contact me ASAP I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER MY LAWYERS ARE NOW INVOLVED
At the beginning i ordered and paid deposit on TV and cell phone. they refused my Tv licence and i only received cell phone. 5 months later and over 200 emails and whatsapp i still have not received my refund for tv just final demand letter for something i never even took. Wait days for a reply and then you deal with a different person everytime so no one knows what isgoing on and i have to explain over nd over and over. I am in sales myself and God knows if my service was this bad i would sell one car. Disgrace that they hold on to my money
I have been approved for loan trying 4 days to upload my statements from Capitec 13 support tickets later and yet no one can assist me to upload my statements which i attached to the support tickets. No one can even call or fix their website so i can get my loan which i need urgently. I have been a customer for many years already
This is a fakeLoan Company they take a Fee qnd run away with your Money. DYLAN IS A BIG SKelm. Not a real loan company. He promised to pay my fee back and the Coward not even takinfmy calls or answering my emails
