If I could give a -10 rating to this terrible company then I would! I called Vox 2 weeks ago to activate my fibre line. I was then told that the previous residents of my home did not cancel their line. I received confirmation from the previous residents that the line WAS CANCELLED and the line was actually with VOX! How on Earth does Vox not know this??? I then call Vox to cancel my request to activate because I am now fed up of waiting for 2 weeks for feedback and I am told that it will take 2 to 3 working days to cancel a line that was not even activated!!! What PATHETIC service are you people running??? Customer service is horrible, I receive not feedback! I have to call in to follow up and keep hearing the same excuses and promises that a "a project specialist" will call me back. WHAT UTTER NONSENSE!!! Please DO NOT get a line through Vox. They are a pathetic excuse for a company
I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Home Town Properties. Despite reaching out multiple times with inquiries about their rental properties, they consistently failed to respond. It's incredibly frustrating when a company ignores client inquiries, especially when you're trying to make important arrangements like finding a place to live. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of Home Town Properties especially the owner Matthew Tarry. Their lack of responsiveness speaks volumes about their level of professionalism and client services.

My experience with takealot.com has been a total nightmare. Their client services system, tracking app and courier services are appalling. I will never order from this site again and I would encourage others not to either. I did not receive a refund on my delivery fee for an order which was not delivered and the process to cancel an order due to a horrid experience is tedious and time consuming. There is nothing about this online shopping platform which is streamline once an order is placed.
Terrible experience with Aramex South Africa!!! My package has been lost. Please do not use Aramex as a courier service. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. An agent by the name of Julia is extremely unprofessional and her response to my complaint was "I am so sorry. Anything can happen. "I pay for a service that is meant to be secure, reliable and professional. I don't pay for "Anything can happen".

Mr Delivery's service and drivers are terrible. 1) My order was marked as delivered but i did not receive it. 2) Drivers cannot navigate their way to my apartment and are very rude. They do not understand clear instructions. Is Mr Delivery not meant to make door to door deliveries? Why must I leave my work to find a lost driver!? Why is my order marked as delivered when i never received it!? This was two separate occasions!!!
I purchased the EaseUS recover software and it does not work and does not recover any of the files it says it will recover. I asked for a refund but they refuse even though it states that there is a 7 day return policy. I asked for a refund the same day I purchased the software. What kind of company is this???? The software never worked and now I want my money bac**** Dont ever buy software from this pathetic company! You are wasting your money

Bought a Microsoft Office voucher and went in to return it. The lady took my voucher and promised that the store manager named Julian would either try to arrange a refund or would return me the voucher. Its been a year and the issue has not been resolved. I called in to lay a complaint at the call centre, they said they would send me a red number and resolve the issue. I waited nothing has been sent to me and I had to call in again to explain the issue. The service at incredible connection is terrible and I will not purchase from them again
