Fabio here. Placed an order for cat treats in the evening, next morning I was contacted to confirm the order and QTYs by a friendly and professional staff member. Two days later order was received the without delay. Have not had great service like this in a long time. Will definitely order again. Thank you Petworld, you have a new loyal return client

AVOID AT ANY COST - Oh, how down the drain their service has become. On the 06-04-2023 I bought 2 Wingback Lounge chairs which was marked at R5495.00 each with a R1500.00 side table. Sibusiso, the sales guy ended up billing the chairs at R5995 each (R1000 extra to the marked price in total). Total sales R13780.00 Luckily before I left, I noticed the overcharge and queried it immediately, to which the store manager would arrange my refund. Just needed to supply proof of banking details, which was done the following day. I then contacted Sibusiso the following day and asked him if a store credit will be better than that of a refund, as I had plenty finishings that I still needed to purchase. He confirmed that Store Credit will be better which I accepted. I then go back on the 16-04-2023 to purchase items needed with my available credit and pay in the difference, only to be told by Sibusiso that I had to pay cash for the items I wanted to take, as head-office had not yet authorized my credit or I can leave everything and collect it on Monday. This was unacceptable as he had over 1 week to arrange this credit and I am busy moving and wanted to get finished. I told him to cancel the sale and informed him that I will go to Mr Price Home as I needed to get my move completed. I then went back again on 26-04-2023 and the Store Credit was still not sorted out (no manager available either after almost an hour of waiting). I informed Sibusiso once again that if my Store Credit is not sorted out immediately, I will personally load the Wingback chairs and cancel the entire deal (they still factory wrapped). Once again nothing but so-called humble apologies. I informed him that I am busy completing my move, and I require the Scotch Guard Spray URGENTLY for the Wingbacks which was at a cost of R185.00 per tin, and I needed 2 units - I asked him to give me that so long on a collection or delivery note as it only equaled up to R370.00 and they owed me R1000. So, the sale was safe - they can sort out their long-overdrawn credit issues when the manager returns on Wednesday. This was rejected as they needed authorization once again. These excuses made me want to puke, and ****ed me off completely. He then asked me politely to give him another chance as he will get the authorization and they will personally deliver my URGENT items by Friday 28-04-2023. This I accepted. Now brace yourself. I saw Sibusiso again @ Rochester in the mid-morning of the 28th as I was on my way to Mr Price Home and reminded him. He confirmed all was sorted and they will be sending the driver late afternoon. Perfect. 17.03pm I get a call from Sibusiso, only to be told that they cannot drop-off the Scotch Guard for me as it has been declined, but on the plus side they have processed my refund, which will appear in the next day or 2. Then I lost it - another damn day wasted. I informed him that the deal is now cancelled, and I will be dropping off the 2 x Wingbacks as they still factory sealed and unwrapped. He kindly asked me not to deliver the items to the main store, but he will arrange the warehouse to collect. It is now 04-05-2023, guess what? No refund has appeared yet nor has the warehouse made contact to collect. Thank God I did not hold my breath. They in for a huge surprise. Also be careful what you buy from them. I noticed on their Invoice that for a BRAND NEW R6000.00 Wingback Chair it stipulates in BOLD that the WARRANTY is only 2 MONTHS. Clearly shows you the faith they have in their own products. Yet other suppliers at almost half the price, gives you a 1 to 2 year WARRANTY. F_@king disgusting service. I see most of their customer reviews are horrible, now I fully understand what everyone is talking about and going through.
Trudon sales rep contacts my office when one can barely hear what is been said due to a horrible line. He then requests to speak to the owner of the line, which he was told was not available. Then ends up speaking to our new sales person who is not even the account holder to verify our account information on our existing white pages ad. The rep continues to finalize the call by speed reading the POPI act at the end of the conversion with a price mixed in-between which one can barley make out what is been said (listen to this twice to try and make out what was said - also making it sound like product currently in place), then all of a sudden one gets billed an extra R620 per month on Telkom account for INFO 2050 & WEB 2050. There was no part of the conversion where the so called fraudster REPRESENTATIVE for TRUDON YELLOW PAGES even stipulates that your current WHITE PAGES is X-Amount and for the add-on of INFO 2050 & WEB 2050, this will be an extra cost of R620.00 per month. As mentioned I had to listen to the recorded conversation kindly provided by TRUDON 2 to 3 times to try and make out what was said - and they seem to think this is binding. LOL 1. Account Owner was not contacted directly for AUTHORIZATION, even knowing TRUDON my direct contact details on hand from past contracts that had to be completed, signed and emailed to them. 2. A new staff member with NO-AUTHORATION and who is not even the account holder gave then authorization.....REALLY. I am actually in the process of taking TRUDON on legally. If there is anyone who is sitting in the same boat for authorized billing via TRUDON, please contact me via email with your contact details: fabio.tomirotti@gmail.com Maybe a class action lawsuit is required, to let them catch a wake up. Also remember, that when you get your Telkom account, and refuse to pay for the Unauthorized Charges, Telkom suspends your services (even if you settle your normal amount and deduct the unauthorized amount) until account is paid in full, so this ends up costing your business money and interest on arrear amounts. I was just about to signup. Thank you reviewers for the warnings. Mind changed after reading past field 7, and not one positive review.

Durban International's Dollar Thrifty provided me with the BEST POSSIBLE service from the 11th to 12th June 2019. Hired vehicle on the 11th, returned on the 11th after all my meetings, then I noticed like an idiot my return flight was accidentally booked for the 11th July, instead of 11th June as it was suppose to be a 1 day event. So I had no transport and no accommodation as the next flight back was the following morning. The kind staff at Dollar Thrifty recommended a lodge close by, gave me the vehicle back as no additional cost, as long as it was returned by 11.00am. Thank you again. You guys are TRULY the best at Customer Service & Beyond. I had and will only use Dollar Thrifty over the years and to this date, NEVER had I ever had bad service from them. OMG, what brilliant service. Company vehicle got stuck today in JHB town of all places. Very dodgy area. Called Miway/MyHelp, and not even 30 minutes later we were towed to a Service Station of our choice. AA can kiss my ASS - Miway, you're the best. Keep up the excellent service.
