I completed a dotsure form via Facebook yesterday and received a call almost immediately. Nazley handled everything with such understanding—she was incredibly mindful of my work schedule and offered to call back at times that suited me better. Her patience, deep knowledge, and efficiency really stood out, and to top it all off, she showed genuine care for my new little kitty! Thank you, Nazley—you were AMAZING. An absolute gem of a consultant!
“Flame-grilled” Sirloin, this should be renamed, my steak came out looking like it was boiled with added basting on top. Zero flame, zero grill. When requesting the fat and the edges to be “charred” the waiters didn’t understand what “char” meant. After returning the boiled looking steak, my steak given after was so dry and tough, I couldn’t eat it. Also, with the cost of the items on the menu, surely proper tomato sauce can be served? Watered down, or not actually sure what this was. The waiting time as well is pathetic, the place was empty and we waited 45mins for our meals (we were only 2 people), I waited 1hr for mine because it was returned. Please do better!

So at 7pm I order McCafe online, add my location - Mitchells plain and make payment.. For them to call me an hour later to tell me they don’t have a McCafé.. so why is it on their site??? Why do I have an option of ordering it and why do they tell me it’s available online???? Honestly fuming... legit, now I have to make the effort to call the call center which is only available during the day to try and get my cash back after their mess up? Shouldn’t they make the effort to fix their wrong??? So annoying God!!!!!!
So after 8 Years of an inactive Standard Bank account I get a a letter from standard bank and call from their attorneys advising that I owe standard bank about R10 000. So I haven’t received any notification, email, sms, call from Standard bank advising that I am in arrears according to them during all these years, not even a pinch of a notification and all of a sudden after 8 years. Please note the following: 1. I haven’t use this account for years 2. So many people complained about the same **** standard bank had been pulling off with them - reviews already on Hello Peter!! I have screenshots of these, if only these reviews had attachments 3. This was a student account dormant for years!! 4. According to Standard bank and ABSAs own freaken policy!! (I have a screenshot of this too!) After 2 years of inactivity the account supposed to be considered dormant, why couldn’t they have seen this? That there was absolutely nothing happening with that account so what service are you actually charging me for?? 5. I called a Standard bank agent and the own agent shot herself in the foot and told me that when an account is in arrears by even R1 they hand it over to their attorneys, so why after years have they decided to call me when it has accumulated to R10 000? Why not call already when it was on R1000? Bull**** right? 6. I haven’t been with Standard bank for years now!!! 7. For a dormant student achiever account opened possibly in 2009 when I was 16 standard bank contacts me ONLY ONCE AFTER all these years to charge a 10k on a student account? This is rubbish!!!!!!!!!!! I am fuming ..
I am so sick of trying to contact FNB. To put things into perspective, I have a little personal loan with FNB. On the 22nd Aug i got deducted R1597,41 and again on the 24th. Both deducted from my account but only one of the amounts reflects on the personal loan. I havent authorized two deductions to take place in Aug and all i want is my money back!! I used the FNB secure chat on the a week ago and they advised due to me having a new phone, my device isnt authorized yet and they suggest i go into a bank... Fair enough last week Monday i informed my manager i will be a bit late and went to Canal Walk's branch just to be put on a phone to a number (not sure why the agent in the secure chat couldnt just tell me to call) anyway........ waited so long eventually picked up, i chatted to a lady Bronwin Khano and she told me she logged a ticket and i should call back next Thursday (today) to follow up. Since 9am this morning i have been calling and all departments keep transferring me because they cant seem to find a Bronwin and there's no update on my double deduction!!!! Eventually find Bronwin and i get transferred to her a couple of times just for these people to drop the call on me about 5 times. I dont understand why i have to wait 7 to 14 days for an update, mission myself and call a million times to get feedback back on money FNB decuted!!! which isn't my fault... all i want is my R1597.41 back into my account and get feedback instead of me running around for feedback as to why FNB deducted twice!!! I am fuming.. Why do i have to fight and mission for my own money? we had an agreement FNB!! a signed agreement stating our debit orders which is ONCE a month!!!!!!! Please get back to me asap. Extremely annoyed right now. I have spoken to 5 different consultants or more, put on hold so often, told I am being transferred (either they drop the call or send me to different departments), I explained my query literally 5 times.. ran out of airtime because of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To start this all off, FNB deducted an unauthorized amount in the middle of the month for a personal loan I have, this was not agreed upon!! It has been agreed that it will be deducted at the end of the month. How does one deduct money in the middle of the month. I chatted to a consultant last week Wednesday regarding this and she put in an escalation that the money gets reimbursed latest today which is the 7th business day. I have still not received anything, all I want to know is if this amount will be reimbursed today and if all is in order!!!! I have been unemployed for 3 months and deducting cash without authorization in the middle of the month is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks freaken FNB for wasting my airtime, transferring me to a million people (none that can help) and for having your secure chat so useless that these people on the secure chat cant even check this for me!!!!!!!!!!
