At a terrible experience I got from Pep staff at mall @ emba ( embalenhle mall) . I went there to buy a SIM card and do a sim swap if possible and I was told that they don’t do sim swap. I bought the SIM card with the total cost of r11 and I was told that when you buy a SIM card it a must to buy with airtime. I inserted the SIM card and I received an sms stating that this SIM card was not registered for RICA and I went back there to tell Mpilo to show her the sms and I was given an attitude they said I was not supposed to insert the SIM card I was supposed to call Vodacome to do the sim swap something that they never mentioned from the beginning. What a poor customer service and pep should do a proper training to staff. We cant have people who will tell that they don’t know when you ask them questions.and I did tell them that I only need a SIM card because I know how to do my own sim swap . I had to buy another sim card and still experiencing the same problem yo.
What a pathetic service I got from Ackerman’s secunda mall and the staff not willing to help at all
What a pathetic service from African bank all the time. It’s really annoying I app**** for credit card limit increase the 48 hours has passed without any feedback from the bank I called 2 times with no assistance at all
What a poor service I got from Makro I ordered a power bank and they delivered a wrong one now they say they can’t exchange the power bank I’m so angry and I need my money back I won’t order anymore
I bought a doll and some few things for my child yesterday and this other pregnant lady followed us when we were outside already and said give me back that doll rudely so, without even greeting me or asking whether I bought the doll or not I had to give her the receipt since she didn’t ask for it. She was so rude and an apologetic for her behaviour. I reported the matter at centre management office . pep management please teach your staff on how to treat customers , we can’t be treated like *****s with our own money . I am so angry as disappointed
What a bad customer service from Zodwa at pick n pax mall @ emba she's got a very bad attitude with customers everyday she treats customer with disrespect and unhelpful manner and pick n pay is not doing anything about it everytime we complain about her. There are so many customers complaining about her bad attitude including myself. Today she said she won't be able to assist me without a smart shopper.i want pick n pay to tell me where is it written that you can't assist a customer without a smart shopper? Isn't supposed to be my choice to have it or not? She is really bad. pick n pay u need to remove her from the tills please.
I was at exact (secunda) the service i always receive is horrible i dont see myself going back there again.The attitude Joyce has is pathetic she needs to treat customers right ,clearly she doesn't know anything about customer service.i always have a bad experience going to that store and funny enough it's always her.
What a poor service i got from this restaurant. I ordered a drink and the drink came with piece of glasses inside of it and when i asked they sad its not their fault that their blender broke. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They didn't even care about my health
Bad service I received from Dumisani from mall at Embalenhle.onthe 20th of May 2022 I went to the store to pay R450 on my account and I said I am swiping. Dumisani made a mistake and said on the screen I was paying cash instead of swiping and he said I should go to an ATM and withdraw cash and I said I can't because my lunch was over. He took my Id and promised to come at my workplace to fetch the money but he never showed up. I went to the shop after 2 days to look for him and they said he is off and they tried calling him and he was rude and hang up .I came to the store several times with no luck off getting him or my ID.on the 23rd of July 2022 I went to the store I found him a spoke to him and he was so rude and gave me an attitude and called me stupid. He said he was going to fetch my ID and I stood there more than 15 minutes and only to find out he is in the counter assisting other customer's. When I went there to him to ask if he was still looking for my ID and he was laughing and making fun off me. He took the ID from his wallet so my ID was in his wallet all this time. I would like the store to explain to me how do they allow their staff to take our particulars with them at home? And if a staff has made a mistake on the screen there are no options to cancell the transaction.Dumisani clearly doesn't know anything about customer service
Bad service I received at sportscene at Mall@emba from a guy called Xolani. on the 20th of May I went to pay for my account the guy asked if I was paying cash or swiping and I said I will swipe I don't know what or how he processed then he said he made a mistake and pressed Cash instead of swiping then I said I don't have cash hence I said I will swipe, then he said I need to go with him to the atm to withdraw the money Then I said I cant I am on lunch so I wont be able to go now since I have other things to do on my lunch. He took my ID card and said he will come at my workplace to come and fetch the money, I waited and waited he never came ,the following day I was passing by he called and shouted my name and harassed me and asked me about the money and i said to him you are the one who said you will come at my workplace. What a bad service I got from this guy clearly he doesn't know anything about customer service, what about my ID that he took on the 20th of May now we are on the 1st of June still he hasn't showed up yet. Can sportscene mall at Embalenhle explain to me me where is it written to hold customer's particular's for their own stupid mistake and now I should withdraw money and pay and I get Charged more bank charges for someone's mistake .I am so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need answers
