This is most slowest and useless Dischem clinic I've ever been too!!! They booked an appointment for my mother and made us wait 2 hours, they served other patients before us and they came after us!! I'm a pregnant woman and I had to wait with my mother for 2 whole hours. It's not fair and she is a pensioner! We asked the nurse what time can we come for our appointment and she said no anytime and when we come anytime than it's a issue??? I won't recommend anyone to them honestly.
FNB deducted a charge from my account for a card replacement fee. I did not request for a new card neither did anyone from FNB advise me of that. I logged a query on Wednesday when I seen it with an agent called Perry, he said it will take 48 hours, it's been after 48 hours and I've been following up with them since half past 8 this morning, they keep disconnecting me and telling me I will be routed to another agent, I've spoken to Perry, Zama, Tammy and Khutso. They keep telling me to hang on while they check my query and than don't come back to me and it gets disconnected. I mean it's 4pm now and I still haven't gotten assistance? Is this really what FNB calls great customer service? And they will always be there for their clients? I'm really exhausted of this and thinks it needs to be on hello Peter, I would not recommend anyone to FNB and I will definitely be changing my account!
We are regulars at Gold Reef City, last night we ordered 12 samosas, upon sitting by the slot machines, my boyfriend and I were speaking to each other and we left the samosas on the side of the slot machines and someone sitting next to me decided to open my box of samosas and started eating it, myself and my boyfriend seen this and we told him how can he do that when it's ours, he started laughing and and ran away, the staff on the tables than were looking at us and started laughing, we alerted the security and the manager,
Ordered food on the Nando's website at 5pm and only received it at 7:15pm.. Nando's Ormonde is so useless, how can they not have drivers to deliver and still expect the customers to wait like its our fault? We called so many times OURSELEVES without them contacting us and letting us know and keeping us in the loop?? Why didn't they just state from the beginning that there's no delivery. I will never order from them again and would not advise anyone to order from their website.

Discovery has been sending me threatening emails and letters stating that I owe them and they have listed me. I do not appreciate this as I've made arrangements with them and has been making payments each month since June!! You guys do not deserve any good deeds for anything, stop threatening people when they still making payments to your useless medical aid!!
My experience was very simple at first than during the long run, I had to was very painful because Vumatel did not notify us that we need to wait 1 month for the previous owners line to be deactivated and I fought with Home-Connect which wasn't their fault as I was unaware. Home-Connect really came through at the end and it was a great outcome at the end of the day. I think that Vumatel should update Home-Connect as well as the customer is anything is going wrong with the application and I think Home-Connect should give updates on the application instead of customers having to follow up everytime.
There are so many agents that I have to follow up each time on my order for WiFi. They all tell me different things. There is one agent named Kitso that I would like to complain about who I thought was very rude and unprofessional.. Couldn't even come up with a solution to help me but rather give me rude comments. I am frustrated yes but help me because I am their customer!
Jenelle Blair was so efficient! She called me the exact time I requested a call back. She was very helpful, I wanted to cancel my policy but she offered me something that would suit my needs. She is an asset! Budget needs more people like her because I have never had a satisfying experience with other consultants
I had a loan with Direct Axis Sanlam and unfortunately went under debt counselling, despite a court order being granted they placed me on the bureau, my debt is now fully settled, but they still will not remove it. worst ever experience.
