On the 6/11/2025 i purchase 5ceiling board at 1up hardware online, payment transection went well from my side, on their system the delivery said will take 72hours. On Friday 7/11/2025 received a call from the guy who'd working for 1up his name ADIE from 1up strand said to me i must come and get it but myself the hard boards or go to Epping fetch there the board i asked why said i did not pay delivery i asked how coz on your online system you did not ask delivery fees i even put my delivery address, i need fetch it by myself after that day i said i want my money back if they can't deliver, yest on the 10/11/2025 morning received voice note via what's app said he refunded me my money till now nothing received from my account first i would like to say your service is very very Disgusting and that ADIE he's very very rude i did not expect that service i'm really disappointed.
I called saya recoveries i spoke to the lady her name is Zodwa Masahaba she's the one who's busy assisting me with my MTN account on the 19/07/25 i responded to the email she send me, i send her the proof of payments, Showing i already made payment at mtn store, but she did not even respond to the email, when i'm calling back they keep on saying she busy on the call, i also send her what's app she don't respond instead they collecting money without resolving queries, very very very bad service disgusting.
19/03/2025 i was there to submit a form my first payment i did that. on my way home i decided to go back to the building, i needed a toilet, i gave the security Guy my ID Book since I'm going back inside the building, when I'm coming back from the toilet i went to the security to get my ID is no where to be found security LOST my ID BOOK, i took lift to second floor to the supervisor to report it explained everything nothing was done I'm very very Disappointed I'm still shocked. and all the securities are working for labor they act as if they hired by Labour always request/ask the documents you have and you need to take it out from your bag and show them.
(woza woza deal 799) i went to spec savers in Cavendish claremont for woza woza R799 deal i booked on 27/06/2023 to come 30/06/2023 time 13:00 today i called them to confirm my booking now they change story regarding woza woza 799 deal i wanted to use my own frame so they changed i must use their frames but the time was there they said yess i can use my own frame ii even get free pouch since i don't have pouch for my glasses. they really ruined my feeling on the day they supposed to attend me for the eye test really i'm not happy with their service.
I bought a Restonic magnolia bed queen size in July 2018 from bradlows CBD I started to use the bed September 2018, 3 Months after the bed started sagging in the middle of the bed was noisy I log in a complain to the store it was a very big big problem for me as if i was doing a wrong thing, to log in a query about my bed the sale consultant and store manager was very very very rude to me, it was very hard for me to get a new mattress bed i don't know why the bed has warranty and guaranty and i still qualify for exchange for base and mattress i almost had a fight with them both manager and sales consultant till they decide to give me the mattress that was displaying on their store, till now i'm not happy i paid R6000 for that bed even now the mattress they give me was dirty because was a display from their store,they keep on saying the bed is out of stock but the bed is displaying at their store because they don't want to give me the new mattress bed and base :(
