Pathetic customer service from a financial institution supposed to create trust. We made a payment on their portal to the Mossel Bay municipality on the 16th of September, it is now 3 weeks later, and both these useless entities, cannot find the problem. The municipality said to direct queries to EasyPay, impossible, they simply do not answer their phones, nor do they respond to emails.
They have Easypay as one of 2 service providers on their bills, paid the account, but it did not reflect on my account. I enquired, and after a week they were still unable to determine where the problem is, so they simply said contact Easypay. They are not my service provider, so they say contact the municipality. The personnel are down right rude, and absolutely clueless. There is a perception that DA run municipalities are functional, maybe, but that surely excludes Mossel Bay.
Absolute pathetic service, paid R5000 to have my vehicle's roof wrapped in black, as it was a requirement from me at purchase, 2 and a half months later, still no wrap, had to have it done myself, and now I cannot get my refund out of them, empty promises and no feed back. I would never do business with them ever again, especially since we purchased 2 new vehicles from them in one week.
I have been doing business with them for quite some time now, and their service are just amazing, I moved out of the area, yet they continue with the most amazing service, and go out of their way to accomodate me. Louise is a valuable asset, and keep the name of the business at one very high standard. Thank to everyone, but especially to Louise.
I left my phone on a Qatar Airways flight, I was told to report it on their website, but it is not working, numerous tries, but it does not function, then trying to get hold of them, is nearly impossible, and my queries on their app, went unanswered. This is pathetic for an airline. By the way, good luck in trying to find an email address for them.
As standards are falling in South Africa, I was looking for another bank, at first I was very happy when I visited a Branch of Capitec Bank to open an account. As I work abroad, my salary is transfered to SA in US Dollars, my first question was if they could acommodate this in a timely manner, to which they confirmed it would not be a problem. The first month, it was a huge problem, getting my salary into my account, for which the answer was, I failed to submit a certain administrative document. I completed the said document, and submitted it immediately. I am in posession of an email, explaining that in future, I would not encounter this problem again, and my salary would be credited to my account immediately, so I gave them another chance. This month, all my colleauges had their salary already in their accounts, but the more I checked my Capitec app, the more I got frustrated, because it is not coming in. I then enquired, as I was promised that this would not happen again. The response, I would expect from from a 3 year old, or from a well trained dog, but not from a financial institution, claiming, "I misunderstood her email, it would take another 3 to 7 working days to be credited to my account". She could not explain, that I misunderstood the 3 to 7 working day release time, when it was not in her email. So you want to tell me, when my colleauges, working for the same company, getiing their salary the same time, from the same financial institution, transfered into the same country, gets it credited 3 to 7 working days before mine, then there is something seriously wrong with your systems, and you are not as efficient, as you want to make people believe. Why are you sitting with my money for 3 to 7 working days, are you experiencing financial difficulty. Maybe I could have overlooked some of it, but Tanya De Klerk, if you insult my intelligence, by claiming I do not understand your email, when it did not contain the so called 3 to 7 days, or start suggesting I am lying, I seriously think that you as a complaint manager, are in need of training on how to handle customers, not to mention common han decency. To end, if you thought, like me, Capitec could be your answer to getting better banking service, forget it, they were completely useless in my case, and their staff was rude by claiming we do not understand. Do not go to Capitec, if you want real financial service, they seem to be only good at administering a savings account, nothing more.
They are a scam, stay away, you will loose money like I did, they give you an amount to pay, in my case $28, the next day they want a further $105, without any service at all. ITS FRAUD.
