The collection practices of the Mossel Bay municipality should be reviewed. It is possible that friends and family are enriched at the expense of investors in Mossel bay. Doing legal collections on a payment that is a day late and charging R100 for an email send out by a computer? No wonder less people are going there and selling. Every heard of reminder emails? Friends don't get rich from that, but you will get your money.

I recently interacted with a lady in the finance department of the Municipality and received excellent service from her. She went the proverbial extra mile for me. Despite it being a weekend she assisted me ably. Thank you. Regards, Vincent

They have Easypay as one of 2 service providers on their bills, paid the account, but it did not reflect on my account. I enquired, and after a week they were still unable to determine where the problem is, so they simply said contact Easypay. They are not my service provider, so they say contact the municipality. The personnel are down right rude, and absolutely clueless. There is a perception that DA run municipalities are functional, maybe, but that surely excludes Mossel Bay.

We were referred to Baytrack to repair the Air Conditioner on an old car. After thousands of rands later, 6 visits and excuses the AC is still not working. Communication is poor, we have to contact them everytime after promises were made that they would contact us!! The question is...how do we address the situation!!!!

This municipality prioritizes the safety and comfort of all residents. Their tourism and culture initiatives are top notch and they ensure that everyone is involved. The mayor and his team are always visible at events - good or bad. A very capable municipality indeed.

Mossel bay....most probably, no....most definitely the most useless and backward place in the southern hemisphere.....if you looking for decent food after 6pm...... PREPARE TO STARVE. THIS TOWN IS USELESS AND PATHETIC IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE......SHOULD BE USED AS A GRAVE YARD.

After living in a many provinces in South Africa, I'm appalled to have to experience the terrible state of the roads in the Mossel Bay area. The roads are covered in stones, and I as well as many residents in the Ruiterbos area have experienced stone chips and smashed windscreens. Many of the incidents occur outside of the Transand gate. I and many residents believe that Transand as well as Terblanche are responsible for the large amounts of stones on the roads. My car has never experienced this level of damage. Furthermore the R328 between Hartenbos and the Robinson Pass, has absolutely no verge and the road edge has broken away, and in many places got a drop of approximately 10 - 15cm, with sharp edges. The Robinson Pass is notoriously dangerous, yet no extra signage has been placed on the Pass to warn motorists and truck drivers of the dangers. Trucks over turn and loose control on a regular basis and nothing seems to be done to prevent further accidents. The gravel road to our farm, has not been maintained, it has not been graded in over 2 years, and previously we had to get the direct telephone number of the driver of the vehicle to get him to come out and repair the road 2 years ago. If we had not done so, the road would not have been maintained in the last 5 years. It seems that the Mossel Bay Municipality, is only interested in fining motorists and not keeping the roads in a decent condition.

It is a rare occurrence to encounter an individual who demonstrates such exceptional mastery in their professional capacity, surpassing the mere provision of value in every interaction and engagement. Danielle Truter consistently establishes herself as an exemplar by repeatedly showcasing not only her unparalleled technical aptitude but also her remarkable emotional intelligence, transcending the boundaries of her designated role and responsibilities. Reliance upon the excellence of her work and the affable manner in which she consistently engages with others becomes a cer*****y. Give that lady a Bells!
