Please be aware of the scam “ telkom runs .I hav 2 WiFi deals with them ,the one WiFi deal a spend limit was added which I did not request ,ffg months later I’m being charged a subscription of r3 rand a day sometimes multiple r3 a day and it all gets used up from their spen limit that they Iniaited on the account , when you query they quick to say u subscribed but will cancel on their side which if it was and independent company they would have no control off,and to make it so obvious they debit your banking acc at month end into theirs Telkom , what a bunch of bs stories be aware the company subscription is AKINGA vertical services , that’s iniatiated by the parent company telkom

Can you please close my contract on account +27 (64) 684-2870 and reverse the debit order as charged for June 2021 as promised by your agent as I have called since April to cancel this contract and to date nothing has been done disappointing
Vodacom cancellations of contracts that have come to and end ,these call centre agents are useless as they try n sell you products and give the run around on cancelling you contract.please be professional and respect your customers
Poor service I missed a flight because of poor staff communication flight at 11.35 was at gate @11 and was told by their staff that boarding is closed.i had to change bookings till a later flight and was told after that boarding gates closes 15 min by their staff . Highly disappointed in safair staff
I purchased online on the 29th of November 2019 .with enough patience from my side and website saying there’s delays with “promotions” Black Friday I suppose.today Monday 9th December a random person is sending me pictures of my order on whatts app how appalling this service is .as I am not going to except goods that has been opened and pictures sent to me by a random stranger .i demand new products failure to do so I would like my refund order number 202291751
Steers braamfontein please educate your staff on mannerism and customer services ,as they are not all just pathetic.and could gloves be used when preparing of food for hygiene purposes as I find this trend very unhygienic..especially at this store
Fishaway Auckland park has got to be the worst restaurant ever . Last week off rice. Previous order normal white polystyrene like u bought food off the street
