Rented a flat in Blanco George. Not the best experience, until Yolande Bruwer became the rental agent. What an amazing human being. She was considerate, professional, extremely helpful and accommodating. I hope her efforts are recognised and rewarded!

This serves to confirm the absolute fantastic service we received from the salesperson, Lihle and most importantly Lance Smiler. Lance Smiler bent backwards to ensure that we receive the stock required and also that it was delivered on the requested date ( even when the courier company advised that they don’t deliver weekends) He kept us informed every step of the way, arranged with couriers in George and the good were delivered by 09h20. Steven & Guss (TG Logistics) were absolutely amazing! Great experience all round, I’m sure we’ll be back at the N1 City branch based on this service! I trust that management will acknowledge the asset these people are to the success of the company.

It time for the annual policy review. I contacted Outsurance to discuss the increase. We were able to amend the policy be reviewing the items covered. I ended up with an increase of just over R100 with the excesses remaining as per the previous year. Absolutely fantastic, customer centric service!
Vodacom is exploiting it's contract members by charging them R10 p/m for Caller ID, whenever they renew or take out a contract. If you don't subscribe all your calls come through as unknown or private. It's completely unacceptable to say the least! Shame on you Vodacom!
After dismal experience with Vodacom online, I resorted to contact the Kleinmond store for assistance. Devan & his team went beyond the call of duty to have all the issues resolved & to ensure that my new contract was in place! The best service from Vodacom thus far!
My sister lost our 4 x Stormers vs Shark rugby tickets in Waterfront today. I called a family member to reprint the tickets, but with the traffic being so hectic, there was no way she would make it from the southern suburbs to Waterfront in time for us to watch the match. I went into Cape Union Mart Quayfour and explained my dilemma to one of the staff members. He asked how he could assist. I told him that I just needed to reprint the tickets. Without hesitation he printed the tickets and we we able to take our 7 & 10 year old nephews to the match. The young man saved the day, mere words could not express my gratitude.
