Outsurance has adopted building contractors who do not pay their on site labourers, who actually physically does the building work. There are labour's working for outsurance building contractors in Mitchell's plain cape town who is not getting wages after their weeks work. What must these laborers eat, how must their pay their taxifare and how do they pay their rent. It is the responsibility of outsurance to dig into the history of their contractors etiquette and integrity before shaking hands with them. pay your people that work for you directly outsurance

I have walked in as a potential carer ready to work at this care facility. I must inform the community and all family members involved, that they are to be ashamed of themselves having this centre and others like it in their community. Protea old age home in Goodwood, cape town is one of them. The old people are left in their pajamys all day, food is thrown down their throats, their feet are blue and swollen and have no circulation they are left in soiled nappies for long hours, their skin is covered with dirty, stinky clothes, under which besores, and putrifying ones are left inflamed uncared for. The matron on duty, ms dreyer never checks on her staff and neither patients. Protea old age home has the same problems there also old poeople are being screamed on, uncared for and left in soiled nappies until the follong day by carers, their matron and management looks the other way. Food and items being donated to old people are taken by staff. Serve your own parent and family member how they deserve and with their monies they worked for, give them the deserved respect for having raised you and contributed to your well being.
I have booked with several booking.com guesthouses and resorts. Many of their sites or offerings and especially photos of resorts and b&b are ****s. It is inaccurate. hidden, unfair fees are charged by foreign staff. No toiletpaper, coffees, rude staff, no towels. I seriously advise all not to book or and especially prebook resorts and unknown facilities with booking. Com. They are ****ming travellers. Read reviews and find them falsified. call beforehand, and make sure its south africans you are dealing with. Booking. Com is not trustworthy
The toilet never has water, the aircon never works, the driver is always behaving like an animal, no reststops when passengers request emergency toilet use. google lies, the bus that is sent is not in complete working order as per their advertisings, their seats do not recline, as if we did not pay the price for a luxary line. Managers of such organisations should not be allowed bisiness practice, drivers like theirs should not work with human beings. We sitting lile sardines in the busses, no space for your knees. We pay 1st class fare for low class service!
Today on 5 february 2024 at 13h30 we received smses that greyhound coach will be replaced with the citiliner coach.. Not all passengers received their smses in time to make arrangements to travel another time. Although we made sure we booked the luxary liner we found ourselves stucked to travel with the cityliner.. The passengers were showed no regard. Greyhound just picked out a bus to transfer us from cape town to pretoria without aircon, without reclining seats, without water in the toilet taps, and worst of all, customer services who refused to respond to at least 4 of the customers calling their offices and complaining.. Even the busdriver motivated us to call the offices and lodge complaints, but we had no posotive feedback or response. Greyhound has become pathetic. And it is not. My first bad experience with them. I do not recommend anyone taking this bus. Their service had gone.
I think intercape is just one of those organizations enriching themselves and not at all concerned about their customers travelling experience. I seem to always ride a bus where one of the drivers plays the god of the road and harrases the customers up until the end of their journey. Today on the sleepliner from pta to cape town, bus 230, i have the worst experience unimaginable from a driver with a hat, who hated me from the moment he set his eye on me in pta, harassing,me throughput thr journey. What things are in the employ of intercape posing themselves as people/ staff/ drivers. If intercape cannot employ staff who can treat their customers with respect, they should sell their company to another entity, who puts customers 1st. I paid just about R1400 for the ticket on this sleepliner, but this is how the driver felt he could treat me... 1. He comes all the way from his drivers seat to my seat upstairs and loudly questions and makes comments about me for 30minutes... About how I could not use the toilet and purchase food in 15min he had allocated to the passengers. I saw that my attempt to tell him that 50 people qued for the same things failed... But he refused to go back to his seat, until he was satified about his showing off. Lastly he invited me to phone Intercape headoffice and attempt to male a complaint. This little man was really looking for attention. 2. When he saw me at another time entering the toilet he gave me a long lecture, (again looking for audience) that it is not for use during certain stops. ( how the hell does any of it make sense intercape) ? That you employ the most babaric staff to work with your clients. And how does it make sense that the toilet can work at certain shops and certain shops not. I think intercape should close their business as the people they employ are completely unschooled. This bus took a 15min stop in 9 hours and we could not ask for a toilet again? At 23h00 the bus had some space and by this time I had swopped my seat with another boy. Oh my goodness, i do not have any idea how the driver know what we are doing or talking on the top part of the bus, he switched on the lights of the bus, stopped the bus just to come tell me to get off the seat I was on and return to. My original seat! People! People like that are a curse to socoety, they should not work with the public, this driver was getting in my personal space, telling me about how his god works with people like me, people who sit just where they want to on the bus.... " 20 minutes he held the bus up again to take the time to come insult me... I appeal to the public not to support the intercape experience. It is a hell of an experience
I ran into Broodstories store at 17h00, trying to make it for a loaf of sourdough bread, I passed many diffrent potential shops to get the same as I consider theirs to be top of the range. They have such a variety and the owners are hands on to produce the finest of sourdough bread. Alas, I missed the last of it as it was sold out, but the owner so kindly and wonderfully unlocked her store again to give me 2 boxes of her cinnamon buns. No payment needed! Just to make up for the bread which was sold out. Now this is service excellence and I would at anytime give five stars for such kindness and customer service anytime.
I think South Africans should just admit and face that every other institution is so ******* and de***** citizens in any way possible. Why do you only pass your drivers tests with these departments when you have been through a driving school. Why is there a sequence in which order to observe when you are on the test grounds. Why do they fail learner driver's more than 5 times. These government departments are out to exploit and rip of the hardworking and puts a huge milestone on the working class and the poor ensuring people who have no means will not make progress at all. Driving schools are coining it because they charge up to R300 for a one hour lesson of which perhaps only 2km max is driven. It is a fact complaints go nowhere and those in authority are so few that's actually busy and so many that's actually busy only minding their own business or the business of only those who can make fire under them. I have been failed 8 times and I'm driving 8 years and have not had one fine for any traffic violation except of not having my lisence. So called driver's cannot drive neither mind the rules of the road. There are not accidents because people cannot drive but there are accidents because people do not care.
I have opened a case with this police station on my vehicle that was taken by a mechanic. In fact the mechanic disappeared with it. To date since March I have not heard of anyone from kleinvlei police. All they could have done was just to go to the workshop which is 10min away from their department and retrieve my vehicle. Who is kleinvlei police. Are they actual people. Is it just an empty building
