Do not order fiber from Telkom!! After 5 months of phone calls and cursing I still have not been able to get my fiber connected, and now discover they have no intention of sending people to do so as their technicians do not know how. (I was told) Instead of telling you when you order it that it is DIY!! I phoned them at lease 50 times since November 2018 till now asking when you seniding someone and every time I am told my problem will be escalated, till someone told me after 4 months that I must do it myself no one comes out I must do it myself. So beware!!
I had email accounts that needed to be added to my outlook, Taariq Daniels assisted me in adding my email accounts on my outlook with out any issues. Thank you 1-Grid for support
The professionalism of the staff is mind blowing, putting the customer first is their top priority. One staff member, Noni, went over and above to ensure my repair took top priority. I would recommend to anybody to use Melrose Arch repair center because you will be treated like royalty.
I upgraded to the Mate 20 Pro in January. After 1 day I had issues with my screen dimming on 80 to 85% brightness and less as if the auto dimming was active. Did a settings reset as well as a factory reset as per HiCare app. Problem still persisted. I contacted my service provider MTN and they exchanged me for a new one. Same day, same issue. Went back to MTN, ordered a new one. Week later I got my 3rd new one. Same night, same issue. At this point I paid a month contract fee with my phones not being 3 days old. Mtn suggested I send it in to Huawei for assessment. Took 4 days for RAM Couriers to take it 300km. After a week no one at huawei repair centre contacted or even gave me an update on my phone. I had to phone my self to get an update. Days passed and no update or issue resolved. In the mean time I left countless messages for assistance on Huawei Facebook and Instagram. No reply. I went on huawei fan's SA Facebook page and asked where I can get assistance. A person named Basil De Klerk immediately asked my details and contacted me. I told him my story and he said he would look into it. 2 days later he organized a brand new phone and couriered it to me. 4 days later, thanks RAM, I got a new mate 20 pro. Same night, same issue. My second contract payment was subtracted and I'm on my 4th new phone without having one for more than a week. I Contacted Basil and he started to contact Rudy Heinrich who is a area manager or something to contact me to assist. After a few days of getiing no response I asked Basil again who told Rudy again to contact me. No one contacted me. I complained to Basil and he gave me the email of Fazel Bolley, head of customer service. I mailed him with my issues and received no reply. Spoke to Basil again and he told me to give it a week. No one has responded since. I'm on my 4th brand new Mate 20 pro and still has issues. I haven't gotten any response or contact from huawei to get this resolved. I don't want the phone anymore but what can I do? No one seems to care. WORST SERVICE EVER
SKYNET is absolutely the worst courier company in South Africa! My Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 15th Jan, but I keep getting excuses from the driver was running late to the most popular responds " I don't know why, it should have been delivered", I also don't know why it hasn't been delivered that's the reason why I call. I still haven't received my parcel and all they do is hang up in your ear when you ask to speak to the manager. How you are still in business amazes me, clearly miracles still happen otherwise your doors would have been close.
Their shoes and boots are very well priced.They have a huge variety. It was nice to see a collection of footwear for women.Friendly and competent staff is a refreshing experience. I highly recommend this shop.
