The service was excellent. Everyone is very helpful. The technicians that came to my house did an amazing job. Everything is of good quality and standard. Work was done and I can really recommend them. Kylan and Tshepo was very professional as technicians they do an excellent job
Good Day. Its so sad that I have to write this. but Im so angry now. I have used EuropeCar in quite a lot of airports. But Cape Town is the by far the worst of them all. Every time I rent from them there is a problem. Not closing the rental agreement when we get back. And we fill the car at the BP close to the rental cars. Now for the 3rd time they deduct for filling up the car. we rented a small KIA and I personally refuelled it. Now they claim it was empty and charged me more than R480 to fuel the car. THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE EUROPE CAR. I will also inform my friends and colleagues to AVOID THE THIEFS. I am going to open a case of theft against Europe Car if my money is not returned ASAP
Actually there should be no star. They have not yet returned my cry to them. I think they are just a bunch of money hungry thieves.
I only gave one star because it doesn’t want to take any less. I would never ever recommend Samsung to anyone or anybody. They are the most useless company I have ever seen. Please stop supporting them. The have zero time for the client and don’t care. They are just there to take your money and forget about you
I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in this company. I have a Bosh washing machine and its still under the 3 year warranty. The machine is in draining water. They only contact Bosch yo send a repair man. I was told if its the pump. It’s not covered under warranty. I was also sold an extra 3 years on purchasing the washing machine. I think you waste your money to even think of buying a extended warranty. In my opinion don’t support HIRSCH’s. They are time wasters and don’t care about you after you are out the shop and paid.
I bought a Samsung fridge freezer with an ice maker in the freezer side. It worked well for quite some time. After the years of working the ice tray cracked. I cannot get an ice tray separately. It possible does not cost R20. Now Samsung wants me to buy a whole new ice machine for close to R2000. I think its stealing my money
I will get straight to the point. Insurance company’s are there to not pay. As much as they can. I have been with Momentum for quite a while and is not a regular claimer. My Daughters reading glasses was eaten up by our puppy dog. And Momentum blatantly told me that they will not pay out because it happened inside our house. But if it happend outside they will pay. We have been honest with them and now they kick you in the nuts. Think twice before you consider momentum.
I have insured my 4 cellphones. On the day when I started insuring these phones I was never asked anything except the relevant make and model. My daughter was pick pocketed on the 5th of March at Emirates Airline park. I immediately phoned MTN to stop this phone. As it is a phone that was mine and handed down to my daughter it is probably 4 years old I do not have any IMEI or serial no. Now after the phone has been stolen I am ask all these questions that was supposed to be asked on the day I started insuring this phone. I don’t have anything and now Momentum is rejecting this claim. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU INSURE ANYTHING WITH THEM. AS THEY WILL NOT ASK YOU THE RELEVANT QUESTION UNTIL THE DAY PUSH COMES TO THE SHUFF. THEN THEY WILL HAVE ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS NOT TO PAY
