I've tried to opt out of marketing emails since September last year and I'm still receiving marketing emails. I clicked on the opt out link at the bottom of the emails and sent the opt out requests on: 28/09/2022 01/03/2023 27/06/2023 12/07/2023 26/07/2023 Yet I still got another marketing email yesterday. I called the call center and they tell me I have to go into the branch to stop receiving emails I never requested in the first place. This is becoming ridiculous.
I was supposed to go and fetch my chronic meds from Dischem in Canalwalk just to find out that they didn't have one of my medications in stock in the dosage I require. I've even received the sms to state that my meds is ready for collection. According to the pharmacist at Dischem, they've been waiting 2 DAYS for permission to substitute with a different dosage - just adjusting the number of tablets. So what now?!? I specifically came out all the way to Century City to get my meds today and it's impossible for me to return on another day until next week when I've already run out of tablets. I want this fixed TODAY so that I can go fetch my meds THIS AFTERNOON. DISCOVERY is the one insisting I use their service, so I INSIST that you sort this out IMMEDIATELY!
I can definitely recommend them for high quality steel work. Johan hasn't made a single promise that he didn't keep. My bars and gates look great and I'm quite sure that a burglar will have to work long and hard to gain access to my new home if he gains access at all. His quote wasn't the cheapest but I definitely got my money's worth and not having to worry about someone disappearing with my money without doing the work is priceless!
Who do you think you are sending unsolicited marketing sms and botcalls from your automated calling service?!? I'm NOT interested AND I NEVER WILL BE! I'm on the Direct marketing association do not call database and if I receive one more sms or phonecall I will be taking legal action. Whatever idiot decided that it was a good idea to have a machine call someone instead of a person was sadly mistaked. It just p!sses people off.

I was contacted by someone who said that they were from Cell C, offering to extend my 2 data contracts for another 12 months, with the benefits being that I would receive a brand new wifi device as well as 15c per MB for out-of-bundle data. I was also told that I would receive the device on Friday 7 August. It's now 10 days later and I have yet to receive any kind of device. What I would like to know is the following:<br> Is the person who 'sold' this to me really an employee of Cell C? Am I ever going to get the device that was promised? If the answer to both these questions are No, I would like to cancel this contract on the basis of misrepresentation and breach of contract. And I'm not willing to pay the R300 'cancellation' fee either if this was misrepresentation because I refuse to pay after not being told the truth.
Do you guys honestly think it's a good idea to spam people?!? I did NOT give you my details and I did NOT subscribe to your spam. My personal policy is very simple - Spam me and you go onto my total boycott list. At least it's easy to unsubscribe. I just hope that I STAY unsubscribed... Please do not contact me. I'm honestly not interested in any further feedback.
I've been waiting since March for my debit order dispute to be resolved. I'm STILL waiting. The only feedback I ever get is that they're still waiting for the sponsoring bank blah blah. I'm really sick and tired of the waiting now and I'm forced to take this to the banking ombud. Banks should NOT be allowed to make a profit out of victims who've been hit with debit orders they didn't consent to in the first place.
Since my credit card account was opened last year I have yet to receive a single statement. At first I just thought it was the post office bungling things as usual, but after 7 months I should have at least received one. Could someone please get back to me about this. I really need a proof of address and my only other account(MFC) is sent via email which is unacceptable to places requesting the proof of address.
