I bought and iKhokha machine device details were sent in, I then emailed them 4 days later and a single person has bothered to contact me 3 weeks later. Its pathetic I still can't take card payments.
I rented a car with Europcar in December, they took a R9800 deposit, I returned the car a day early and still haven't received my deposit I sat on the phone for 2 hours with nobody able to help me, they're impossible to contact.
Shocking service from lightstruck told me to take a day off to finalize stuff but never showed up.
I recently rented a vehicle from Thrifty I select an AMG C class mercedes, when I got to the airport I received a pathetic BMW 320d I'm not sure in what world Thrifty people live in but a BMW 320d is not even in the same class as a Mercedes AMG. Secondly it's now more than 10 days and I have not yet received my deposit back, my business partner waited almost 2 months for a deposit they say they will return within 7 days. I'm sure they enjoy the interest on our money. Thrifty please just return my money this experience has been nothing but horrible and don't offer a Mercedes AMG and give it clients a kak BMW 320d.
I recently upgraded to private clients and was told to call towards the end of May to upgrade to private wealth, I've now called 3 times and was promised 3 call backs with nobody ever calling me. I called in 3 times this morning went through the options was told to hold only to have the call dropped each time and nobody bothered to call back. I would like to get this done asap but at this rate it seems it's never going to happen, can someone please call me to do this upgrade this morning.
I've been trying for over a week to upgrade my account.ive spent over 150minutes calling in to get from premier banking to private clients, I was told I over qualify for private clients and then passed to private wealth then wealth said it's not enough month then I was passed back to private clients who said someone will call me back after nobody called me I called again and was told the lady on upgrades was busy and will call me back I'm still waiting each time I call in I get passed from pillar to post. Can someone call me and upgrade me please or do I need to go to another bank.
I've booked deliveries of essential medical goods with UPS, they called me to say they will deliver by Monday meaning yesterday, today the update was changed to the 14 April. If that was the case I would never have paid them the R40000.00 they demanded and would have returned everything or booked a private charter that's over 14 days for delivery, yet FedEx has delivered my labels for these items 2 days ago and they left the same day and went the same route. This is after spending over R130k with them. It seems they made a big deal on the news assisting the USA but no love for the doctors in Africa.
I placed an order on the app, after an hour I hadn't heard from anyone and saw the store had closed 30min after my order was placed. I paid online so I assumed that I would still be receiving my order as I got an sms, after much trying I eventually got the after hours manager who says her driver was here and they tried to call me but my phone was off. The very phone I was calling from, also my security at our complex said they were never there. I since ordered from Uber eats and have received my food thank you very much Debonairs for the amazing service yet again. How about that free pizza if it's cold and my money back?
I recently moved into an apartment at La Vie Estate Paarl using another rental agency. We were experiencing issues non stop and then one day an agent from Harcourts in Paarl knocked on our door, Melinda Wessels. I let her know what was going in and she asked if we let anyone know. After explaining we had she then took it upon herself to help us. She managed to get us moved to a nicer newer bigger unit, got all the paperwork done and kept us informed every step of the way and even went and sorted it with te Rental agency we are currently with. Melinda went above and beyond and she's not even a rental agent or from the agency we used, she didn't make a cent out of it but rather wanted to help us and ensure we were happy. Just want to say a big thank you to Harcourts and Melinda for the kind of service Estage Agents should be giving. It is much appreciated
Thank you FNB for allowing my trip to China to be the worst trip possible. First, it started out with my card working for one day and then not the next, then after 3 days back and forth it worked again. Now it no longer works. I then got my girlfriend to go to the bank to load me up as a beneficiary, only when she gets there and I try to transfer money to here suddenly I cannot tranfer more the R5000 to her or anyone for that matter.I try to go online and change my limits and I cant. So now she went all the way into the branch nd can only send me R5000. I have no money left in china and my bank card gives me the error that FNB will not honor the withdrawal. I think at this point I will be moving both my business and personal accounts somewhere else. My girlfriend is at the branch and asks the consultantto speak to me on the phone only to be told to call the onine banking department and when she explains I'm in china they laugh. Maybe someone from FNB can call me today so that I can try get some money to eat? + ********** 817482 you can call me.
