I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how my loss of income claim has been handled. Last year, on my last day at work, I submitted all the required documents to apply for the Loss of Income claim. I made sure everything was provided on time because I wanted to avoid exactly the situation I am now facing. However, more than three months later, the claim is still not resolved. Because the claim has not been finalized, my phone has now been blocked by FoneYam, leaving me completely stranded. This has had a serious impact on my daily life and my ability to function. I am currently unemployed and actively searching for work, and my phone is one of the most critical tools I rely on. I use it for: Job applications Interview calls Communication with potential employers Basic transactions and online services Today my phone was blocked, and I am now unable to communicate, attend interviews, or transact. This is extremely distressing considering that the whole purpose of taking the Loss of Income cover was to protect me during unemployment. I have contacted FoneYam, and they advised that they cannot assist until the insurance claim status is updated or approved. I have also been sending emails requesting assistance, but it feels like my situation and the inconvenience I am experiencing are not being taken seriously. It is very frustrating to pay insurance premiums for protection and then be left without support when you actually need it most. All I am asking for is urgent assistance in finalizing or reviewing my claim, or at the very least clear communication on the progress so this matter can be resolved. At the moment, the delay is causing serious inconvenience and affecting my ability to secure employment. I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed as a matter of urgency.

Nedbank twitter customer service by the name of Aadila went out of the way to figure out what was wrong with the transaction i couldn't process in a space of short time unlike the others that were not interested, this took only a day and now it's resolved, i am so so so grateful for this kind of service, this is the kind of services i expected from the business calubre like Nedbank keep up the good work, Ref: 53160623
@Nedbank money wallet and centre is absolutely useless, i have called the entire day yesterday and spoke to more than 7 agents but none of could assist me, there's an error that prevents me from withdrawing and they are doing nothing n needed money for emergencies ,they don't have sesnse of urgency and they just don't care at all, my issue is still not resolved.
Capitec is fraud and making money out of it,capitec is allowing fraud companies to do as they wish in our accounts, not safe at all, Inhave been declining the debit order that i dont know about, they allowed still to be registered but i have declined it....
This company is doing fraud, they deduct ubauthorised debit orders and they say there's an agreement in place, the employees of DMC are dping fraud completly, they stage agreements and signatures. And they send pop up messages for debit orders and you decline it and the next thing the debit order is registered. The details they have about me are also not correct.
What a bad bad bad service to be introduced to me as I am new in the city and this is my welcoming service, I ordered pizza online for delivery from Central and it was accepted and I waited and all to find out they won't deliver to me, mind you its still early around 16:00 and I had to walk all the way up to fetch my pizza but it was accepted as delivery, I thought this would be my home defaukt restaurant but he'll no...they even refused to upsell me I wanted extra pizza to buy and they wouldn't helped me
What a bad company, we communicated with H.R department of Eastern Cape in South africa Nkosibathi Ngwenya, to check one of the old employee's records and we gave him all the names,I D numbers and old payslips, all his reply was there is nothing he can do he can't locate, thus matter must be escalated, how come a company doesn't know its past employees????
I bought decoder yesterday from Pep store in Mdantsane highway and its not working and we heared that there are some of the batch of stock that is old and we suspect we received one as the lady who assisted us refused to exchange us for the other one e as we bought it back in its original package and slip.
