I made a manual payment to pay my loan in full and after 3 emails to Mpowa finance, asking them to cancel the debit order, they did not respond. I cannot reach them on a call also. They got paid double this month but nobody is responding to my emails in where I ask for refund. I will be going to my bank to reverse one payment. This is poor customer service
No answers from Modelspace I have two accounts via Jacklin Enterprises to Modelspace UK. I already paid upfront for all outstanding issues, but two issues were not received. Now I cannot finish my two model ships, which are very expensive. Now that Jacklin Enterprises went for a dive during covid, Modelspace cannot track any of my subscriptions. How convenient is that. I sit with two models, half built because of two missing issues. I been sending emails back and forth but nobody seems to care. I would like to demand these outstanding issues to be delivered to my home in South Africa, without me having to pay customs or airport taxes. This is ridiculous. I also paid the Akagi display case. If someone from modelspace UK is reading this, please do some effort in my request by actually doing something. The contact person in South Africa is Reinhild Niebuhr. She was the founder of Jacklin Enterprises in SA. I did this via the Wd Teljoy Midrand from my debit card. Teljoy also debited by account for the double amount of R2352 on 31 October 2023. And then again a single debit order for R1176, also on 31 October 2023. This means that they received 3 extra payments, which come to the amount of R3536, for which I send an online message on their website and I send an email to customerexperience@teljoy.co.za. I had a reply stating that my account is in order and that someone will contact me on my cell phone. I did receive a call, but when I am trying to call back to 010 141 1552, the line is constantly engaged, or nobody answers the phone. Except for Hello Peter, where can I log a complaint against Teljoy to get my refund out of them.</div>
