I had an agreement with ABSA HOME LOAN for my debit order to go off on the 8th of every month — a date that suits my cash flow. Without warning, they broke this agreement and deducted money early from my Flexi-Reserve, which I had set aside for other needs. Now they’re refusing to refund me or take accountability. I’ve tried calling, but they’re avoiding responsibility and only respond via email with dismissive replies. Just because I’ve sold my house doesn’t mean they can treat me like I no longer matter as a customer. This is bad service, poor communication, and a clear lack of respect for agreements. Be careful if you’re banking with APSA — they don’t honour their own promises.
I requested Miway to help me with getting a tracker and i get a huge discount when i get it through Miway . Things are really going Miway. The Miway staff is always happy to help, the whats app channel is also so convenient when you do not have airtime.
I recently joined ABSA Bank, however they are failing to activate the ABSA reward App on my my phone, every day telling me IT is fixing it. It’s been 3 weeks now!! Delay on fixing this issue is affecting my Bond registration, my Bond registration is on stand still because of this inconvenience/ incompetence. So disappointed after I left my previous which has never given me such issues. All I have is a case number…….
My dad was a policy holder for my cars tracker with Netstar for several years. After change of ownership of the car he also requested that the policy be transferred to me. We have requested Netstar to do this since February 2023, and nothing was done to date. Every-time we call they keep tellIng us they are escalating the matter to the relevant department. So as we speak, my car is not protected and this is all on Netsar and their appalling service. I am going to approach another tracker company for the safety of my car. I also have a policy for my other car with Netstar, and i will be moving that car too. Dear Netstar, i am disappointed and will make sure my dad also moves his other cars to be protected by another tracker company since you are unable to service us accordingly while you continue to debit my dad’s account and tell him he owes you.
Great service there on their whats app platform. I like how it saves customers money for airtime, how quick they respond and i had my queries attended to successfully at every attempt. I was assisted by Dimpho Dikobe today, and the service was as great as usually received from her other colleagues from this platform.
I had an appointment to meet with a sales person as I needed to buy a car. On arrival, I called him and he told me he was busy with a test drive and would call me back when he returns. When he retuned he didn’t call me back, he just continued doing what he was doing, I guess he didn’t even notice it was me who called me because he kept passing without saying anything to me. After over an hour of waiting I decided to ask for help from a different sales person. We went through the process of application, and signed all the documentation required. After this, I started to receive bad service, ignored calls and messages. I struggled with delivery of my new car, which arrived later than expected. And currently struggling to get updates on my car getting fixed as it has faults
I ordered my router and sim on 28 November 2022. And today (08 December 2022) it still haven’t been delivered. On 6 December 2022 I asked them to let someone sign for me as i am working during their delivery hours and phones are not allowed at my workplace because of the nature of the work we do. They then said they can deliver during the hours that i am available. I said 7 pm and they said its fine. Today i called and they said they don’t deliver after 4pm. They must just tell me to cancel the order if they don’t want to sell me their products than to waste my time.
So I bought a bed from coricraft online, they sold me a low quality bed. Their bed is has been making noise from day one. You can even feel the springs when putting your hands on the bed. Its not even a year old now the spring make noise even when you put your hand on the bed. Spent a-lot of money for poor quality. Be careful buying a bed from them
I submitted 2 claims. They gave me documents to sign for them to send cash into my account, they only sent cash for one claim and nothing for the other. Its even beyond a month waiting, i keep calling asking to be assisted. All they do is make me hold or say well call you back, and they never call.
Vodacom stood me up once again, i am still being debited for WiFi that i requested cancellation for, and its been way beyond the 7 days the promised to collect the router. I knew they were playing me when they promised to collect but did not ask for my address.
