Why is this bank still operating? We have been struggling to update our details of our Home Loan for years now, and still they CAN'T get it right!!!!!!!! This is pathetic, and don;t even get me started with the pathetic service you get at there branches - useless is an understatement!!!!!
Uber driver was used to commit a ****. The ****mer used the Uber driver to collect a computer from me. The following day - the driver called me in a panic and said he was also ****med by the same guy, he said that he still had the computer with him, and that he will return the computer to my house, if I can only pay him the trip cost by cash send. I did that as I was relieved that I will get my computer back, later his so called manager phoned and said that we also need to pay for the return trip via cash send, we also did that. We lost a lot of money today because of a ****. We did chat with Uber support, and haven't heard anything back from them yet. We have the details of the driver, and contact numbers they used to get in contact. This needs to be investigated ASAP and I need to be reimbursed
Seems like they have no interest in assisting you when you have been hit by a ****, just full of excuses!
First time using my Mobicred and it gets declined. I contacted customer care via their customer care email address. It took them 2 days to get back to me. I tried using their WhatsApp channel, also with no success. Mobicred, please send me a WhatsApp or Email to get this SORTED!
Nedbank Three Rivers - pathetic and ***********. They are assisting clients that came in after me, I have been waiting for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes to make a cash deposit. This is pathetic, customer services is an after thought, they don't care about their customers!!
The email I have of a sales person at Mustek is not working at all. They take long to respond on website queries - this is not professional at all. Mustek, please make contact via email - you have my account details
Been a Business Client for a while, send an email for an instant overdraft on my account - still haven't heard anything back from them at all. I am leaning towards going with another bank or FSP.
Been asking for quotes and no reply from any of the email addresses. I have an account with Pinnacle, and really expected that I will get business level support and service
They are useless when it comes to chronic medication. I got the authorization but no medication has been made available. I was told by my GP's office that Bonitas does not cover the prescribed medication that was given by my GP, and that they will supply whatever is on their list. I have been waiting for longer then a week now, this is pathetic!!
