We went there hoping to spend the day. Greeted by a friendly Big Guy. I asked can I go and see the place he agreed. Paid as I thought we would stay. Walked down and realised that we could not go down with our car, I came back and asked he said it wouldn’t be possible. My friend has back issues and we could not walk down the embankment. I then said to him it’s ok cancel and rather give my money back as we had just been there for less than 10mins. He tells me he can’t give me a refund of total amount as he gave me a band that we had not yet used. We paid R160 and were given back R100 for viewing the place. Bad service.
I have been patient enough hoping that I will b assisted however it’s now over a week with no phone but when I took the insurance everyone was willing to assist me now when I claim I receive no communication since last Friday I was advised authorisation will take 24 to 48hrs I can follow up today which is Wednesday now again I am informed to only call back tomorrow morning that is when one of the consultants will follow up which I fail to understand why not follow up now as I have already called, not even a courtesy call to say we still busy with your claim nothing I am just in the dark I have also advised I have no access to my emails which I went mtn store to be assisted with the claim forms and submitting the documents they kept on saying once claim is authorised an email will be send that is not my email address I have been saying but anyone no one cares, upon that my package was migrated and now I am paying more for my contract which I have never authorised when I request for a call recording when I accepted that mtn has no access to third party calls but how does that third party get all our details and I was advised it will be migrated back to what it was before till today I am still paying more I can not wait for all my contracts to end with mtn the worst service provider that I would never 👎 recommend to anyone my contact number is 0833414869 should you wish to contact me
I am being Harassed on a daily basis with calls different numbers. They call from morning to night even on a Saturday evening asking to speak to some person who had taken a Wonga loan and has not paid. I have told them numerous times I am not the person they looking for and that they remove my cell number but it’s never happened. Trying to do a sim swop I was advised to get a new sim card and Rica it, then was told later that it should not have been rica...called the call centre for assistance spoke consultants that said their manager would call me back by 12h00 but no call. I called back then spoke to Olga, Precious Mkhize and their Team Leader Dineo who did the same security check. I am 67 yrs and fell and my phone fell in the toilet got damage to now because I cant remember the last numbers I called nor the amount of airtime I last put in my phone I CANNOT DO A SIM SWOP I was told to go to cell c office. I find this as Bad Service and will be changing networks. Terribly Dissappointed
