I purchased 5kg Iwisa Maize Meal from Shoprite Chris Hani Mall, (with my very last money) to say the least , this was April 30, 2025. The next day May 1 , 2025 , my mother decided to make porridge for my little one ,as she was stirring the maize meal into the water she saw worms 🪱. Mind you this would have been fed to my little one. This is very disappointing given the fact that this has been reviewed before and the issue still persist which means nothing is being done about this. I will most probably get and automated response a like everyone else. Very Unhappy Customer
Iam so dissapointed with Aramex ,I could almost cry. They are the worst people to trust with your packages first of all they all just lie and make false promises. They don't want to take accountability for anything all you ever hear is driver this driver that. If they know that their drivers are not doing what they are supposed to do why are they not doing something about it , if they are aware. I dropped a package off on Tuesday February 27 around 2pm ,these items are needed urgently by tomorrow and Iam told the driver has never picked up since Tuesday it's Friday today and all Iam getting from Aramex is the run around and one lie after the other they couldn't care less. They have definitely lost me as a customer I will never use them again they used to be so good. The last agent promised to get back to me to try and prioritize the package for delivery , she was just making me hold on to a long leash... haven't gotten back to me. Aramex you are horrible!!!!!!

The worst experience one could ever have with a company which you are paying on a monthly basis to offer you a service. Iam literally sitting with black spots on my face from break outs caused by using Isabella Garcia products , the customer experience is just on another level they have no concerns and couldn't be bothered by anybodies opinion about their facial products. You would expect them to understand that their products will not always be suitable for everyone's skin, which is the case with me the products are just not working for me @ all , I have now mailed them back & forth, I have never had break outs in my entire life until I started using Isabella Garcia, I don't fault the products @ all they are just not suitable for my skin period , but Isabella Garcia won't let me cancel the products , I have told them I have unused products which I can gladly return to them , they are not budging all I ever get from them is your products are scheduled for delivery and they still debiting my account for that matter, they won't cancel my products they just not hearing what Iam saying to them, they couldn't care less whether or not the products are working for me or not. Surely I can't be expected to pay for something that doesn't suit my needs , I have been using the Products now close to a year , I was told my skin will adjust to the products, surely the adjusting period is now over, the only adjustment is to let me & my money go. This is really a horrible experience given the fact that my face is ruined & to top it all off they still expect me to take the products & pay for them , what must I do with the products, the mind boggles.
Terrifying service from one2one I have not been able to use my cellphone since Thursday ,it's Monday today still no luck , and the most annoying of it all one cannot get ahold of them and they not contacting me either , DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
