So we booked tickets online, the day when we were supposed to go on the island they cancelled all the trips for that day and they said a refund was processed however it’s been 7 working days yet the funds are still not reflecting. The ladies that answer the phone are rude and don’t have telephone etiquette, and some of the ladies that work there are very rude. So disappointed in this organisation. We just want our refund
A client of African bank has ****med me of my money, I called I was told to send an email to TXforensics@africanbank.co.za so they could investigate and provide me with feedback and my refund. I did that it’s been more than 20 days no response whatsoever. I’m really disappointed
The worst airline ever I came I got to the boarding gate 10 mins before they closed I had a bag which needed to be checked in I told the lady that I could leave the bag as my brother was around so I could catch my flight instead she sent me to the help desk where they wanted me to spend more money for another flight which was the next day. This is the worst airline ever. Their staff is rude and they have a “I don’t care attitude it’s not my problem”
Woolworths still hasn't refunded my money I canelked my order on the 27th of May 2020, was advised that I'd get my refund between 3 to 5 working days. Called last week in the 3rd they couldn't assist, called again in the 5th still haven't received my money back... Called again today had to hold on for more than 20mins only to receive the news that my refund wasn't processed...
Having the worst experience with Woolworths online, canceled my order more than a week ago I haven't been refunded. When I call I have to hold on for more than 10 mins, if the call cuts I don't get called back I have to start the process again. I'm not happy with their service
I finally got my parcels the watches are beautiful but I wish I didn't have to call in and wait for so long to get my watches.
I ordered watches and paid for them online on the 29th of August, but is still have not received the watches. I have been calling them for the past 3 days and I have even left my number but no one has gotten back to me. For such a big brand I'm disappointed. On the same day I ordered else where and I have received the goods except from them
Standard Bank branch @ 5 Simmonds is the worst branch ever, one can go there for the same problem more than 3 times and it will never be resolved... The service is the worst especially when. You have to go see a consultant
