Bad service fnb home loans.On the 3 May 2023. I app**** for flexi bond of R 60k. Application was approved and fund were transferred as per FNB hl on the 11May 2023. Funds are not showing on my statement and not credit into my bank account. Pearl Jocobs was processing my application. It more 48 hours now and the Funds are not credited into my account. Please assist and advise what happened to the money. My ID

MTN poor service. I'm unable to load whatapp from mtn app and banking. It unsuccessful. Called the call centre they advised that my number is inactive. I don't understand how number can be inactive, cause I'm using since 2013 and I recharge and getting and making call. Mtn advised they sort it out with 24hour. Till today it not fixed. Mtn please activate my numbers

Bad experience with capitec bank. My funeral policy lapsed and I was debit for inactive insurance. Call centre refuse to assist with refund. Please refund my money
Standard bank the service is bad. I request for refund as I was approved payment holiday. Refund was process on Friday into my account. And no Friday it was processed out of my account. Basically I'm not refund and I was charged 80 fee for what. PLEASE HELP WITH REFUND.IM SICK OF THIS NOW.

Bad service. Im approved 3 months payment holiday for RCP account. However the debit went off successfully. Requested for refund on 26 September 2022. Till this day refund is not processed. .
Request for saving account to be closed and transfer the funds to my transactional. However the transfer was not done. Branch at Jabulani mall advised that they can't find the transaction/transfer mara the is closed. This transfer only a day for funds to reflect in my account. They don't know what happened to my money
