I ordered from Shein on 02 November 2024. It's today 04 December and I haven't received my order from the delivery company Emile Logistics. The parcel has been in the country for nearly 3 weeks and when I enquired about the delay the initial response was customs. The events I was planning to attend when making the purchase have long past. Really terrible company.
I have not been able to log onto my Capitec Business app since 08.01.24 The app just blocked me, I've requested help but still waiting. I changed my number and went to the bank 09.01.24 to ask my contact details to be updated, they said they would send me a form to complete via email 16.01.24 I'm still waiting. I've been calling today 16.01.24 and my line just gets dropped. Capitec for personal use is fine but their business section is my regret.
The customer service agent was really helpful with my payment issue. They were available to consistently give me updates on my problem. Thank you
Capitec Business is a difficult bank to work with. The bank had system upgrades a few months ago and I understood that they might have a few teething issues after the upgrades. However it's been more than 6 months and still pulling a simple bank statement doesn't work. You always get a pop up that they are working on it. I really regret choosing them for my business.
Poor service from the company. Whenever I need a quote I have to wait for a response for a minimum of 3 days. And them printing takes up to 7 days. So minimum waiting time is 2 weeks after you have sent everything from day 1.
I see a product online and I have been trying to buy it with no success. I went to the store and the store tells me they don't have the stock so I should buy online. I show them the error I get online and they tell me the region doesn't have the stock. I ask them to IBT from the other regions and they say they will have to pay for the courier and they can't do that. Waste of my time, petrol and energy.
Telkom has recently sent me an outstanding amount bill of R573, 1 year after I had closed my account with them. I had taken out a cellphone contract with them in 2018 which was supposed to end in 2020. But I decided to payout the account and cancel the contract. I was given the balance which I paid in August 2019. I have had no issues until recently when I received a bill of R573 and when I refused to pay it they billed me for refusal to pay.. What sort of business is this.
6 minutes ago How my goods arrived. Vuyani the owner nicely blocked me from Whatsapp so I can't send him these pics. When called to explain his response was he is not responsible for any damage and it's written in his contract. Couch full of oil stains, washing machine top broken and front of damaged. Fridge dented. Vuyani's company collects your goods then hands it over to another company to take responsibility and transport so he basically doesn't know when this damage took place because he didn't transport your goods another company did. And you have no relationship with company because you didn't give them your things. I have all the communication, as well as a delivery note from the outsourced company. Pick n pay Winchester has some of the nicest staff. The staff alway remember you and greet you when you go to the store. Very nice service
I'm filled with regret for trusting this company, day 3 of waiting for my goods. Now I hear, they forgot part of my delivery but still waiting.
