Good service from Tempest car hire (Eurocar) East London branch. I have been using them for more than 10yrs, I once had a problem with my refund that was incorrect they sorted it out asap and I was happy. Since 22 October I claimed until today I have not received my phone nor a positive feedback if my claim is approved or declined nothing. Its been a month now without a phone that is insured and I submitted all required documents, I called client services last week they said my matter is under investigation. For how long they been investigating? I'm very disappointed on Abacus and wont recommend to any of my close people, they dont leave by what they promised clients. On SAPS statement and on affidavit all this information is there, they sent me this email last week till today no outcomes of my claim if it is approved or rejected so I can challenge them on rejection. I feel like Abacus is just looking for a loophole not to pay out people's items, bad experience th them I will never use them again. Since 20 October when I claimed till today no phone it's almost a month now without a phone and Gugu still calls me why? Did u guys give me a spare phone to reach me? I have lost my phone and submitted all documents on 20 October until today no response from the company every time I call to enquire I'm told to forward my claim documents to Thulani and Sefako which they never replied on my email second incredible connection email third instructed to forward that claim application and still nothing all that was done. I took out this insurance for a good reason of the kind of work I do but now I find myself frustrated and stress by this whole thing. I can't work without a cellphone. They never deleted my debt after I paid it off through settlement offer, they dont reply to emails...I have reported them on Council for debt collectors, please do the same they taking ppl for a ride.
My house still has cracks they never finished to repair inside and outside, poor customer service. lots of back-lock work they never finished resolving my house problems. poor workmanship.
Dear Robuyn Please find enclosed quote as requested. Booking ref number: TELAP ********** RS2 I am very upset for being charged an extra day and refueling charge while the car was full tank. I was supposed to be returning the car on 27/03/2019 at 11:52 and I was there at 12:13 but there was no 1 to check the car and the guy came at 12:16 to check the car while I was 21 min late. I called after being charged extra day that I was very late my 1 hr grace was included on my invoice without my knowledge, If I was informed that it was included on the invoice I would have returned the car earlier. This is very unfair to be charged what you never told for and please I want my money back for that extra day otherwise I wouldn't have returned the car on that day I would have taken with and return it on the next day. Now you charged me for something I never used, I am very disappointed at Tempest car hire please refer me to complaints department. I will take this further.
