I am so disappointed in the service and the way that Flexiclub and Avis or Budget work. We made a booking and confirmed that it was processed and little did we know that at the airport the payment didn't reflect and we needed your services asap. It's appalling that I referred someone to a service that I used and they getting service failure from your people. I am really disappointed and I think personally I would not recommend someone if this is the type of way that Flexiclub and Avis or Budget work. I am so disappointed at how everything has been handled by Avis or Budget consultant at OR Tambo airport with no effort to assist or anything.

To me they should get a 0 and not even a star, had a terrible experience with these people and if it was me I think I would rather move away from Virgin Active and to a local gym and I wondered why I cancelled my membership before with them and now I know why. Bad customer service, do not want to take fault when told they at fault, and I never gymed for a whole month and now want me to pay for membership that is not active.
I am really not impressed and disgusted about Netcare Waterfall Hospital level of service and treatment from the facility, my mother was admitted on the 23/04/2024 upon arrive everything went smooth but the service was slow and we were kept for close to 2 hours admitting her into the room. The next day 24/04/2024, I arrived at the hospital around 10am and to find my mother was still not bathed and sitting with a nappie that was from the previous and worse this nappy is not even her size as she wears Medium but she was given 2XXL ( I questioned this but was told no the next day (24/04/2024) this would be corrected but was not even done she is still wearing a 2XXL till to date with no care in the world, I told the nurse and she just thought I was just baffling on), furthermore the physio (Ronnie) came told the nurse that the sheets are dirty but she did not bother, I had in this case to get to a point at around 3pm about 3 to 4 hours later after stating the issues over and over again that the sheets need to be changed were only changed then. After the nurse changing her without washing her they placed the lower pj’s she was admitted with on the chair and left it without giving me acknowledgement of the pants and they had faeces on them. She never even came back with a plastic or anything for this, I am highly upset and really disgusted by the type of service that I am getting from this hospital and would rather never take my mom to any Netcare facility, the saddest part of this is that I am part of the brand but yet receiving this type of service and treatment from the provider that I advocate for. I complained about the parking too but that was sorted by the CRM but internal the service and treatment that we as members and clients pay for is really horrific, I have heard stories from close friends but I am now experiencing the service failure and treatment 1st hand, I can bet a million bucks right now as I am going to that hospital at 5pm she will still not be washed at all and finding her a bad state where I could of just taken her to public facility and not pay anything or pay the medical aid itself.

I Abongile, started a journey with Pace Car Rental not on a good foot, but as time went on i released i was wrong in the image that i had painted of the organisation. There are great people like Nontobeko, Jackie and not to leave out Nox... these people have given me a different aspect about the organisation and helped me out in my rental allot. I am extremely happy of the service and patience that i got from these individuals... at times when my account is late and owing they would remind me but still giving me grace to catch up with my payments in arrears. I thank you so much for grace and patience that you had and believe that you will do the same to others like me. But i must say i am extremely happy and excited to say that they know what customer service is with a touch of humanity and more than anything i thank Nontobeko for all she has done we have created a bond and relationship and laugh and cry and shout at each other about issues but i am happy to say i enjoyed it and at times i would be scared of her but we would laugh about any issues that have arised after. I must say i am still continuing to use there service and they the best to rent from. And even when i wanted to change the vehicle from rent to own she assisted in transfering me to the correct department and i never followed up on the transaction. This is the best company and would recommend it to anyone else.
