I am absolutely disgusted with the service and workmanship from Poly Outdoor Blinds. Your sales representative came out twice to measure and still managed to get the measurements wrong. When the blind was first installed it was too short, and instead of fixing their mistake properly they tried to extend it with a random cut piece of fabric from a roll. That is completely unacceptable for something we paid a lot of money for. The blind was also installed hanging into our neighbour’s yard with large gaps on both sides, which completely defeats the purpose of installing a weatherproof blind. When my husband phoned to question this, the sales rep said one thing on the phone and then immediately changed his story when I joined the conversation, which was incredibly unprofessional. We then contacted head office and spoke to Jo-Anne, who told us this is not how they do business and promised the issue would be fixed. The blind was removed and brought back two weeks later, but the “fix” was a terribly sewn extension that looks uneven and badly done. It honestly looks like something a child stitched together. The blind is still not straight, there are large gaps in the front, and the extra rain flap length that was promised was never properly added. Their response was simply that “this is the only way it will stop the rain or wind.” That is simply not true. If the blind had been measured properly and made correctly the first time, none of this would be happening. We paid in full when requested, yet this is the level of workmanship and service we received. It is shocking that a company charging these kinds of prices thinks this is acceptable. The only professional people we dealt with were the installation crew, who were understanding and immediately saw the problem. They even said they had already told the sales rep that what he planned was not going to work. At this point I have completely lost trust in this company. This level of poor workmanship, broken promises and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
@MTNza I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received today at your Centurion Cell Network store. We have 4 contracts with MTN and have never had issues — until now. I was shouted at, disrespected, and humiliated in front of other customers, all because your staff refused to help me with a faulty router. My daughter is a university student doing online courses, and we now have NO INTERNET all weekend. I’ve called support 5 times, visited two stores, and still no resolution. This is unacceptable. I’ve already emailed a full complaint and demand urgent action Monday morning. I expect better from a company I’ve supported. #MTNFail #CustomerService #MTNSouthAfrica #FrustratedCustomer
I ordered from this place on the 4th of January, they kept in contact even sent me a waybill number to "track" but I never received my package they "delivered" it twice to my address said someone signed for it BUT cannot provide any proof of this no signature no nothing, promised me a refund but only refunded me 70% now they stopped responding to my emails THIS WAS A **** they post these amazing prices from shein on Instagram take your money and pretend to lose your package I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!
Still waiting for my phone since March...I get phoned everytime I complain and they take my details then i dont get phoned back till i complain again this is getting ridiculous now i am a paying customer!!!!!!!
I bought some underwear online and had it sent to the Meadowdale branch but the wrong persons items arrived with my name on it...the very helpful manager at the store phones almost every day on my behalf with no luck, no one seems to know what is going on. All i want is to be refunded for the items that I never recieved that's all IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been struggling to upgrade my phone since March no one is getting back to me as the mistake was on their side now they no longer have the phone i upgraded to and no one has the decency to contact me. I want my phone that I upgraded to it is not my fault your consultant never processed it...you have the recordings you have listened to them and confirmed that I was right...now no one wants to answer me
I upgraded my phone in May but they never processed it...i have been calling almost every day and they just transfer me from pillar to post, needless to say i still do not have my phone and no one calls me back. BUT THEY DEDUCT THE PAYMENTS EACH MONTH FOR SURE
I WANT MY REFUND !!!! I have been waiting since the 19th of May 2021 for my refund !!!! no one answers the phones, I wait more than 2 weeks to get an email just to say sorry we will follow up and get back to you ... it is the 2nd of August 2021 I WANT MY REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT THAT YOU DID NOT SUPPLY ME !!!!!!!!!! I think I have waiting long enough for you to "follow up with your accounts department"
Good day This letter is a formal complaint on the UNACCEPTABLE customer service that i received from MRP Mobile. I have recently agreed to a contract with MRP Mobile for the amount of R129 that was suppose to go of for the first time via debit order on the last day of February 2019, this never happened and the MRP Mobile consultant phoned me to tell me that there was an issue regarding debit orders with some of the customers and asked if I could please make payment in store with a reference number that would be smsed to me. I have since then been to 5 different MR Price stores and an ABSA bank to do this and no one can assist as the reference number does not work. I phoned customer care and a lovely gentleman (who's name I do not remember) promised me that they will sort this out and free airtime or data will be coming my way for all the inconvenience as it was a fault on your system blah blah blah... A lady by the name of Mianda then phoned me back and also made lots of empty promises regarding my contract witch i am still waiting for and it is now the 19th of March 2019. Last week a lady from your accounts department phoned me and said that a double debit will be done and i told her i want this sorted out now not only end of the month because you will just suspend my line due to non payment and if she was going to continue with this i will simply reverse my payment send you back your phone and cancel my contract with you, she then proceeded to say that you do not negotiate with customers who fail to pay their accounts. Needless to say my line has now been suspended due to non payment. It is now the 13th of May 2019 and this month debit order has still not gone off so I emailed Portia after 38 days of not hearing anything from them, to ask whats going on and all she has to say is that my cancellation fee has now gone from R1500 to R2500 and I must pay it. What wonderful customer service they provide !!!
