I had to get a import permit and it was such a pleasure dealing with anastasia, she made the whole process seem so easy
Needed a package sent from the Uk and took exactly a week to arrive. During the whole process i received updates the whole time. Definitely will be using DHL again

I am really getting fed up with vodacom, firstly i have had to send 2 phones in for repairs in the last month (phones that arnt even a year old) and now ive been trying to resolve a fact that my account sais i am in arrears, which i am not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have called them twice, sent through the proof of payment, now i get an sms to say my query is closed, no reason provided and my account still sais im in arrears. Vodacom you really need to catch a wake up, else you are going to lose clients
i went into vodacom for my upgrade and ordered the A52, i was told i might wait a while for it. Anyway a week later i went in again and was told that the A52 was not being brought in anymore and discontinued. I was a bit frustrated about this, but the two people at the shop were so helpful in finding another device for me that i actually ended up walking out in a fantastic mood #WIN
I have tried contacting Vodacom on Facebook and email regarding my account that has been suspended. On Facebook i keep getting told to give time and after emailing my Proof of Payment and screenshot on the Vodacom website showing there is 0.00 amount owing numerous times, i have still received no reply. How can you expect business from people if you cant even bother to assist them with a query. I am now losing business due to this
i had a payment done from Standard bank to fnb last wednesday morning, thoning is showing yet and now because of this my account is in a minus. Please reaspond
