I signed an extended warrantee document, they implemented it immediately in stead of waiting for the factory warranty to expire. Now I have a car I am still paying off, but cant drive it. They are incompetent!!!!! Just quickly sign your contract for an extended warranty...... And they refuse to take responsibility. Way to go, will publicly make this known.
Your deliver and promo codes are a bad experience. I ordered today for a reason. The app states the driver is at the store, I hear a hoot outside, hurry out, only to get a message I have to reschedule -?? What the heck????? I will never order from them again, always have and had many issues. Will order from Checkers going forward. Bye bye pnp. You are loosing a loyal customer who brought in thousands of rands for you every month.
R899, going on R999, but there is no internet!!! Been struggling from the middle of December. On and off, today more off than on!! Pathetic! Will def change my provider. Dont use Webafrica and Telkom.
I contacted the call service center before sim delivery to cancel the deal. No one called me back. I did NOT activate the sim, but was still debited for the full amount!!! Lets repeat. I DID NOT activate the sim or use ANY DATA!!!! WILL advise NO ONE to sign up for RAIN.
Still waiting for connection, no service, no callbacks, no answering e mails. Off to a very dissapointing start, well no start so far, but they are quick to take your money!!
Pathetic, no communication, Have payed off all debts, but they still deduct monies. Dont go there!! they just dont do ANYTHING!! I have sent numerous e-mails for months on end and still they over-pay into accounts that have been payed up months ago!
I have tried for a week now to have my package downgraded to the Select 2 package. I upgraded my package for December and January. I was since downgraded, but to the family package which I did not ask for. I have now made 5 calls to the call centre holding on average for 10 minutes. On Saturday the person said he would have it downgraded within 1 hour. Nothing. On Sunday the person said the same. Nothing. On Monday I tried again. Nothing. What does it take to get this right. Now, I am paying for something I do not want to watch!!! Its easy taking money, but delivering the goods seem to be a problem!! I am not wasting my time on the phone anymore. It seems like DSTV is not keeping their end of the contract.
I pay my DSTV account via debit order. When I now want to downgrade, I have to wait until my debit order for the next month has gone off (R700) before they will DOWNGRADE me!!!! Rediculous!!! WHY DO YOU THINK I WANT TO DOWNGRADE!!!!!!
