Terrible service from yet another muslim owned business. This guy is rude as a bat outa hell. Belittling a customer in front of others is a no no especially if the customer was joking and he just refuse to understand. Screamed and stormed off telling the customer not to buy there because he doesn't cater the correct size of tray for packaging what he sells. The cashier that is his wife took the customers money with a dumb blank expression without even apologizing to the paying customer. But the black employee was sympathetic and apologized and said you was joking mam. Terrible behavior disrespectful and shameful! They may have good meat but not worth it, if you can be treated like this in front of everyone!
I must recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a professional yet friendly place to buy tiles. They are well stocked, well priced and very helpful. This business values their customers!
Parmalat has dropped the ball on quality! Instead of spending more time and money on changing the shape of the packaging, Parmalat needs stop short changing us with terrible watery full cream milk!!! I have tested and compared Parmalat full cream long life milk with other brands like Clover, Woolworths, Checkers and Shoprite housebrands and all were better, thicker and creamier than Parmalat milk, yet Parmalat is one of the most expensive milks to purchase!?
The greater Phoenix areas like Westham and surrounding areas are being punished by Phoenix Municipality services from the July unrest! We get no services yet we are billed for them, our complaints to DSW,Parks and Recreation, and any other service departments fall on deaf ears! We don't get binbags , our sidewalks are covered in grass and ****s , our trees block the road and the dirt is not picked up properly. We have infestation of flues , mosquitoes n ****roaches and rats ! Environmental health has been notified months ago. All dept.of Municipality for Phoenix have been contacted! Still no services! All we get is excuses! Why? We paying for them!? Come take a look at Fernham Drive, and roads in westham, you will see the filth but your inspectors say its ok !!! Unacceptable because we are paying for these services! Someone needs to answer as to why we in Phoenix are treated this way ? We need accountability because ppl are getting paid to do these jobs , contractors are paid but no services! This is corruption and we are suffering and paying for it!
Most pathetic company ever that ,I personally dealt with!!!! The person who wrote a review about how smart the staff are at this company must have caught them on a very very good day. I gave my personal details to 3 of the ladies and they still got it wrong! Then their "managers" Simone and Kevin turn around and scream at me?! Another "manager" Kevin Naidoo contacts me after many msgs.and emails only to do nothing about it?! I was forced to deal with this company because of Hisense. This company has cost me terribly physically, mentally and financially and finally when I spoke to one of co- owners Santosh ,it was very clear why the staff and it's umpteen managers have a don't care a damn attitude! It starts from the top! I will never ever recommend anyone to ever deal with Smart Appliance center situated in Blackburn Durban. Unless you want your fridge turned into a hazardous oven causing a danger to you and your family and increasing your electricity consumption and leaving you in debt! Most pathetic company, staff and owners!
All I can say I'm a tough customer and expect to get what I've paid for! And I have to say the store manager Andries at Game Gateway Durban is one of the best managers I've dealt with . He runs a tight ship , customer service and satisfaction is a Priority! The other managers and staff that he over sees ,whom have contacted and assisted me ,follow in his footsteps! That is so rare today! People like Adrian ,Zama, Pretty, Shaun and Rita from online really make the Game shopping experience well worth it! As they are prepared and have actually gone the extra mile ,to always assist me . Keep up the good work guys!
I would just like to say a Big Thank You to Spur Daytona's ,Hyno -Store manager and Patricia -manager and staff! These people have restored my faith in eating at a Spur! Really good and professional customer service ! Thanks guys , I have recommended you guys to everyone I know, who loves Spur!
Twinsaver Group, their call center staff member and manageress are either just lazy or just over worked! I have bought two packs of 48x 1x 500 toilet rolls from Makro twice and on both occasions was surprised by the terrible quality. The paper had a stench and was already falling to shreds. I did bring it to Twinsavers attention they did eventually send reimbur*****t vouchers but not for use at Makro!? (Whom are the only ones that stock packs of 48) After my difficult ordeal trying to use the 1st vouchers , I did refuse vouchers for my second complaint and requested to speak to the manager ,so I did explain! And I recieved my delivery of reimbur*****t today but I'm shocked because its completely different to what quality is available at Makro (individually wrapped and different quality and no stench) I was told I'd be reimbursed for 2packs of 48 but only 1x48 was delivered ! And they keep getting my name ,title and gender wrong even after I corrected them! So we are being scammed somewhere along the line! Paying Twinsaver prices for **** quality!
Please I write this complaint against Lester Carrington of Makro Springfield Durban. I purchased a camping gas stove at end of September 2019 for R1499.00 after just 2 uses the self ignitor broke. I took it back on Sunday 12/01/20 to exchange as I needed a replacement for going on a trip with family. I was told that the unit must be booked in and there's nothing they can do for me as this is CPA and Makro policy! I asked to speak to store manager and Lester was called,he refused to listen to my needs as a valued customer and spoke over me about policy and procedures. So I did say this is **** and it's their duty to inform us as customers before we purchase that we must not expect any assistance and no replacement until their supplier decides! Then he goes on to humiliate and class me as if I'm stupid by telling me if I bought a Mercedes they won't exchange it or replace it,they will repair it! Because he drives a Mercedes! He Knows! To this I became irritated and told him I don't have time for this bull**** , I not complaining about a car! He bangs the desk top and says to me "That's it for my vulgarity he will not help me anymore and will make sure I'm not helped and I can go do what I like, that's it! And stomped off! I asked for a head office number to complain about his behaviour as a store manager and he scribbled his own name and number. My grd 2 kid writes better. He looked as if he was suffering from a hangover , sweating and shaking! Other customers were shocked and appalled at his outburst and even gave me their numbers to stand witness to his behaviour! Low and behold I did phone the number he scribbled thinking it's head office but he answered! I eventually did get a hold of head office and was told he is not the store manager! Guys please be aware of the policies and procedures of Makro ! It's a whole lot of bull****! I will never buy any goods from Makro again. Rather pay a lil more and support other stores that value their customers!
I'm a parent of 2 school going kids and I don't know if this is anyone elses experience but here is mine. My belief is that all kids of South Africa deserve a good solid education that builds them up to becoming good adults that will make a good difference in this world! After all they are our future! But sad to say education here is not up to scratch because in our public schools that cater to the underprivileged kids emphasis is put on paying school fees by a certain date or you will be penalized with an added amount by the school. How does that make sense, if a parent cannot afford to pay by a certain date - how does increasing the fee help? What happened to free and fair education for all in our Rainbow Nation? As for most of the teachers it's just job with a pay check at the end of the month , nothing more! But they will put on a show in front of parents but how they really speak to our kids and treat them is shocking! Your child is broken down and victimized if you the parent asks any questions or make any suggestions. Treated badly to the point where kids hate going to school! Kids are practically shoved out the school gates promptly at days end . Here in Newlands there's a new trend the kids must go a complete road away from the school to wait for their transportation. Even if that road is full of trucks and taxis and constant traffic no pavements for kids to stand safely! And the faculty just don't give a damn about the safety of our kids , they drive off in their posh cars that get washed and detailed at school with school water and supplies, that is added on the budget breakdown as necessary expenses "SO HENCE THE SCHOOL FEES INCREASE ! Children and parents are treated differently and the race card is the scape goat in the room. Yet the Dept of education is aware of the situation, nothing has been done. Because of this I'm seriously thinking about home schooling my kids as I seem to be the only one with their best interest at heart. Really disappointed in our education system. Why this is allowed ? Is this the future of our kids? I can't be the only one with this sentiment?
