Hyundai Plumstead used to be one of my first choices but their service levels have dropped. Their service advisors could not give a **** about the customers and they have a F....you attitude. The management are no better, they just do not respond to complaints at all. Clearly customer satisfaction is no longer a priority for Hyundai Plumstead. Shame on you Plumstead!!
I bought a vehicle from Spreeline in 2023 and would like to thank Kelvin for his continued support and service. Each time I needed help, Spreeline did not hesitate to assist me. This just goes to show that they do not just sell vehicles but they build long lasting customer satisfaction. I recommend Spreeline 100% and more. Thank you Kelvin, Samad and the rest of the team!! You guys are simply the best!!

I shopped at Checkers Emporium Constantia this evening and was really delighted by the wonderful service I received from the manager on duty, Kyle De Lange. He had so much patience with me being a bit technically challenged and he assisted me through a process to get an app installed and took the time to show me how to use the service. An attitude like his is exactly the kind we need in retail. Life is hard enough and I was stressing but he calmed me and assured me that after this eve, I won't have the challenge again. Thank you Kyle De Lange for your excellent service. Your attitude toward your customers and staff will definitely add value to your career. I placed an order with Homechoice and received the delivery a few days later. I bought the item as a wedding gift and the wedding happened in Nov. When the item arrivedin October, it was damaged and I immediately phoned Homechoice to advise of the damaged item. I was then told that they are very busy and waiting period could be a while but I was welcome to take in the item to the showroom. We are in December, almost 2months later, I phoned in November and the query was escalated and was told that a priority collection was logged. Almost 2weeks later and still nothing. The wedding has come and gone and I had to get an alternate gift. For all the times I have had to call Homechoice to get issues resolved, I feel that Homechoice can credit the item and just let me have the damaged item free of charge as my birthday is in 5days time so I will accept it as it is evident that Homechoice is very efficient when it selling items but really not interested in after sales service and the customer is left to fight alone whilst having to pay for something that they are not using.
I am super thankful for the great service I received from both Tasneem and Liezel in the service bookings department. My first interaction was with Tasneem who was super helpful and today I spoke to Liezel and she completed by request in Tasneem's absence. Great service goes a long way. I am from Southern Suburbs in Cape Town but the ladies from the North really showed excellent service and proving the customer is no.1 to them. Keep up the gr8 work Group 1 Nissan KuilsRiver
I called with an issue that was caused by Pearson Vue who erroneously closed a testing centre and in the interim my exam venue was cancelled. I only have 3 days in August to complete this exam and there were no other venues in my area that could accommodate my request. Charlene spoke down to me as if I was an idiot who does not understand how the process works. The more I tried to explain that it was an error on their side, the more she got irritated by me. I was disgusted and really not happy with her at all. She has no people s****s, no empathy and no listening s****s at all. She does not deserve to be dealing with people because not even animals should be treated with such disrespect.
Appalled by the poor customer service and no feedback on my queries. I spend so much time on the phone trying to resolve a simple issue. They are very quick to take sales but the after sales is disgusting. I escalated the same matter at least 4times and not once has a manager called me back. One customer service agent, namely, Seraaj, was so embarrassed when he tok my call and apologised profusely but unfortunately, he is not the one to have the final say so the query just landed back into the pathetic useless cycle.
