They have added value added product without my consent, stating i never gave them proof of insurance, after I have emailed it to them many times. And when you call no one is willing to help, they say it's not their fault it's insurance department which you can't even get on the phone. I am now helpless not knowing who to talk to
Claims department, poorest ever service I ever got from their Assesor( Mr Governder) who came to see me after 5 days of the incident only to give me two option weather to cancel the claim or to continue and they have to trace my phones ,movements, look for customs receipts and proofs( That to me it was a threat to to cauncel( looking for all the reasons to reject the claim by telling me I have should read all pages with small letters of policy schedule but when I disclose to the consultant that I dont have certain information with items I am insuring ,she gladly said don't worry will still cover. But when I have a problem the assessor came to my house telling me on how they are not going to pay the claim because I I don't have proof and I didn't declare them at customs when I left oversees..but that I was not told though I disclosed that I got this presents from overseas.
Their medical Gap cover its very useless when ever they suppose to pay the shortfall, I have 7 years with them but since they have never even paid one claim but they always come with stories, they only pay co payments only but any short falls from doctors or scans they never pay at all, they will refer you to their schedule all the times but when they sell you they don't even explain to you, they will tell you you have to forget about the doctors and scans short falls.... very disappointed
My person claim for TV, was rejected after it was beaten by the lightning strike and it produced lines but assessors that it's wear and tear but my TV is only 2 an half years old, I don't understand why... wear and tear should be app**** on a fairly new TV set. Home loan department it's just a horrible people to deal with they take days to deal with issues and they will come snd say you made a mistake go to the branch or start from scratch which will make you wait days unlike other banks thst that solves your query in one day but them it takes morethan a week ,they will always apologies about luck of stuff. They must just close shop and stop calling us to sell their products then
Always finding a reason not to pay.
My car has been to workshop for 5 weeks now taking me Pilar to post by not providing proper information warranty and not giving feedback untill I so I need my car back
I took in my car for service for about a month everyday I call they tell me different story in they are not available and they don't give feedback untill call its going for 5 weeks now
