<div>I placed an order on 21 August for 1 000 x Bottle Green T-Shirts with a 4-colour print. After we paid everything in full, we were told that we could collect the shirts on 6 September. On Monday 9 September we phoned to confirm that we will be able to collect the next day, but were told the order would only be ready on the Wednesday (11 Sept). We gave them an extra day, and went to collect on the Thursday (12 Sept) at 16:00. Whilst we tried constantly to contact the owner on the telephone, we were kept on hold for hours on end, without success. When my driver got to the factory on 12 September just before 16:00. he could see the unprinted T-shirt pile. After two more hours on the phone, I told my driver to sit in their office until they have the order ready - he eventually got home after 23:00 that night. The order was for 100 x Small, 300 x Medium, 300 x Large, 200 x XLarge, 100 x 2XLarge. Of the shirts we received ONLY 404 were the correct colour, and the sizes was 92 x Small, 285 x Medium, 137 x Large, 79 x XLarge, 360 x 2XLarge, 50 x 3XLarge. Since we collected this order, we could not manage to get an answer out of the owner, ++++ on when we are to get the outstanding shirts. </div>
I made use of a Black Friday Special for Home Fragrance. Then I received a box with the diffuser and the reeds, but no fragrance. The box has a separate space for a fragrance bottle - but there was nothing in the box. Is this then still a home fragrance special or is it a glass bottle-&-sticks special. I've sent a complaint on their website but haven't received a reply. The call Centre number is not in function, their e-mails come back undelivered
I took out life insurance on my own life when I was married, so my husband would be taken care of should I die first. We got divorced and I requested Discovery to move the life insurance funds to another of their products. They told me it can't be done, they could only lower the premiums. I don't have any children, and am now forced to pay monthly installments on my own life - which nobody is going to benefit from when I die. I send numerous e-mails to Discovery to request other options, but only received the generic e-mails stating that they will get back to me within 24 hours ............. still waiting, AND paying :-( Like a broker once said - any insurance benefits to the customer is just by chance
I was amazed at the service with Herotel. I am aware that they had some problems with connection last week. But when I sent an e-mail to enquiry, they immediately phoned me back within 5 minutes. They even offered to make an appointment for after house, since the connection I enquired about was at home, and I was at the office at that time. That evening everything was fixed and they even phoned again to see if I had any other problems. Thank you Herotel for the professional way in which this was handled.
Wow !! I was simply amazed by the reaction from Dis-Chem in Flamwood Walk, Klerksdorp. I sent an e-mail to enquire about products that hasn't been available for some time. Within less than 15minutes, I got a call and the lady offered to get these items from other branches, since the stock was still at customs. Thank you Dis-Chem, it is nice to be a loyal customer to a loyal supplier.
23 May 2019 from Vodacom - Dear Customer, thank you for making us aware of your complaint (which has been going on since October 2018 - customer inset). Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course (would love to have this solved before I retire - customer inset) to assist with your query (I don't consider this a query, it is blatant theft and breach of contract - customer inset). Today's date : 28/05/2019 - no contact or response from Vodacom as yet
I signed a contract on 28/06/2018 for the amount of R345.87 + VAT for subscription. Now the basic subscription charges that is being deducted from my bank account is R580.06 +VAT. It's been almost a year and I can't even get Vodacom to get back to me on this. Since they are deducting the money from my bank account - there is nothing I can do about this. They are not even getting back to me.
