Very Poor service...MWEB they put you on hold for hours after they drop the phone. I wont advice anyone to buy any service from this .. I hate it... I hate...! I hate it.....!
Dear MTN Customer Service, I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding the conversion of my number to eSIM. My number has been inactive for five days, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution. What should be a simple process — something Vodacom completes in seconds — has turned into a frustrating experience with MTN. I’ve been passed around by untrained staff who repeatedly promise to call back but never do. This delay has left me without a working phone for five days, which is unacceptable. I rely on my phone for both personal and professional communication, and this disruption has caused significant inconvenience. Please treat this matter with urgency and resolve it immediately. I expect a prompt response and a working number without further delay.
dstv streaming services sucks this thing never work always freezes jamming have to restart everytime.. can this guys do someting about it...
Staff at Kauai Virgin Active K90 Boksburg have very very bad service, nasty attitude also everytime I'm there.... please can we get this sorted expecially the short dark girl I didnt like her nasty attitude she didnt even apologise until the other colleague apologise in her behalf........
POOR customer service from this company, I've been contacting virgin Active accounts department for more than three days with no help poor customer service from consulted even requested to speak to a manager KEEANA VAN DER SPERK and promised get back to me still waiting when I call they tell me his in the phone always. Can we get respected please
I had a very bad experience with this ****** company please if you're black and looking for rentals don't even consider these Benoni properties. those old ladies will tell you that don't rush them they will make you wait for months thereafter they will tell you the is no available apartment or you don't qualify, landlord is overseas for approvals but when you call the caretaker will tell you they do have available houses.
VERY...VERY poor service from this guys I will personally advice or recommends buyers to use another online store. I bought an item that I'm still waiting for it even today their only answer is system says and a very necessitous service from the managers as well especially Thembi..she hardly this case and make me hold a phone for more than 30ms

poor service from Mweb calling them its worse holding the phone more than 30 minutes until you run out of airtime and the don't call you back I send email to Mweb still waiting even today
Deposit I have been waiting for my deposit , they don’t even pick up the calls when I called. the service is very very poor in here
